location, comfort of beds, HUGE room, two TV's, bathrobes

location and amenities. it was clean and the bed was very comfortable

room was small and our view was another room's window

i like all the staff everyone was so nice. the pool room was relaxing and the roof deck was a great place to hang out the room was relaxing and comfortable. the views were also amazing i loved the smell of the ocean. the on site restaurant was great the food was so good u wanted to like your plate lol and the waiters were quick to please.

my room wasnt as clean as i would have liked it there was dust every where and mold in the shower. i also couldn't get housekeeping to keep stock of towels. there was also never any towels in the pool room or on the roof top deck.i also didn't have bathrobes and slippers in my room but every other room did. i felt jiped lol other than that was a wonderful stay and id stay again

Loved the location. Walking near or on the beach is one of our favorite pastimes. Our room was beautifully appointed and we enjoyed the jacuzzi in our bathtub. We really feel relaxed when we stay here.

Noisy child running above us early in the morning. Our couch was a bit uncomfortable. Kind of worn out.

Loved the suite. Second visit. Staff very friendly.

Took a very long time for house cleaning to come to tne room, first day it was late and she looked exhausted so told her not to bother. Another day stopped just before 5 room not ckean

We were told we were on the 3rd floor, but in actuality it was in the attic of the 3rd floor. After taking the elevator to the third floor, We had to drag our luggage up approx 16 steps. The room it's self reminded me of the attic room of my grandmothers home. The door that led into the room itself was a door you would have in a home, not a hotel. Felt very unsafe. In order to use the bathroom you had to squeeze yourself in between the bed and the dresser. The bathroom had no counter space, for a woman to get ready. We had a late start to our trip and checked in around 5, if we had not had an event to attend at 6, I would have left that hotel immediately and stayed somewhere else. Will not be going back to this hotel.

Upon arrival the concierge paid attention to our personal trip plans and upgraded our 2 queen room to a king room with full 2 person jacuzzi for the same price - it totally changed the whole trip for us - we hardly ever left the room!! We were within 2 minutes walking distance to some of the best food in newport - and the beach was right across the street

The drain in our shower was clogged

- Off season apparently. It was late March. I had to go to some horrible restaurant down the road for breakfast. I say horrible because the food was awful and the staff were not very welcoming - Everything seemed to hum in my room. There was a big fridge and a microwave (which I have no idea why) and two giant tvs that wouldn't get any signal

liked everything very much. found on-line and was very please with my choice. thank you. we will came back.

it may have been my error: but I didn'T see that the restaurant/bar/breakfast wasn'T open til friday and we arrived on thursday. no big deal.

Awesome location! Hotel staff very nice but no manager staffed for half the day which was frustrating as there were a lot of issues during our stay with the hot water not working.

Hot water did not work proper for half of our stay. This really was unfortunate because there was a jacuzzi tub I could not use which was half my vacation plan as it was winter and I could not go to the beach. We did receive that night free because of this so we will visit there again in the summer

The suite had everything we needed to make us comfortable for our stay. The Bathroom and Bathtub were awesome...

The hotel advertised balconies...we didn't have a balcony, we had a sliding door and a rail right outside the door...

Location. Friendly staff.

Upon arrival, sink was not clean in bathroom and previous guest towel hanging on back of bathroom door. Small window in room with no view. Room small. Not easy to maneuver around bed because bureau was too close to foot of bed. Bedside clock broken. Bedside lamp broken. Hotel laundry directly below our room. Felt like an earthquake at 6:30 am when laundry spinning in machine. On site restaraunt wait staff with questionable hygiene serving meals.

We stayed at the hotel to bring my son back to college. It was very nice, reasonably priced, clean, and near the ocean!

I really liked the staff, they were wonderful. Jacqueline was so nice and also extremely helpful when we asked for things. We had a beautiful view and the room was so comfortable and well put together. We plan on visiting again, very enjoyable stay.

There was nothing we didn't like.

I had a hard time working the remote on the t.v. Also I stayed on a sunday night and went home monday, I was looking for a breakfast in the hotel but they anly sere them on the weekends. So I had to go someplace elce.

Close vicinity to attractions/shopping. Historic building. Overall style/comfort. Whirlpool and indoor pool. Spacious bathroom, big T.V. with direct tv. Easy to get to, across from beach. Starbux coffee in room, dvd library available. Nice (looking) restaurant. Not in a tourist trap but close enough. Normal stores close as well. Free wifi.

Charge for parking during normal season. Restaurant closed during off season. No real newspaper available. No coffee/tea kiosk centrally located In lobby. No breakfast option or room service during off season (not sure during normal season). Free wifi required a login and passkey each day for each device. Room heater was pretty noisy but it also was a very cold few nights.

We were turned off by the smell of the hotel as soon as we walked into the check-in area. The room smell was similar. My kids commented on it right away and wanted to go back home. We ended up going to cvs and buying a can of fabreeze to make the smell more bearable. I wanted to try this hotel for possible summer vacation but we will not come back.

We enjoyed spending time in the rooftop whirlpool. Found it to be totally relaxing.

Had a noisy group in the roof above ours. Made sleeping at night a challenge.

Water View/ hot tub and fire pit/fitness center

King room was very well appointed; spacious; great view; comfortable.

Though the computer showed our room was ready when we booked in, we walked in to find it had not been made up. On day 1 we were out from 7am till 1pm and the room was still not made up on our return. On day 2 it was not made up at all!!! The evening meal had high and low points : bread rolls were stale and inedible, the desserts were a major letdown, but both the entrees were very good.

Location - unobstructed beach view.

Distance to new building to use the spa - need to have a bathrobe and one is not provided which made for a very chilly between building trip.

The location is directly across from the beach - so beautiful

The hotel has a great location and was very comfortable.

The hotel needs a better internet connection for the rooms. Ours was very unreliable.

I liked the location next to the beach. I liked the cleanliness.

The location is out front of a busy street, there are numerous stores in walking distance but a rather rowdy bar near the location. The staff was constantly away from the desk for more than 10 minutes at a time.
