tv nice ,kitchen ok.It was quiet at night.shower was ok.
people at desk were mean and rude.Wanted to blame me for some body else,s problem.Would not clean my room, towels were dirty and abused me.Did not clean towels or bed shets.
Very friendly host and clean but inexpensive. Felt safe and the room was pleasant.
Close to the beach.
Manger was rude. No air conditioning. Room was stuffy and hot. No coffee in room.
Rate was fair for the quality
Staff was rude, complained about my "late" check in at 9pm and demanding to see my credit card to confirm I could pay for the room
location right on 101
Not all the outlets worked.
Nice room. Large
No coffee in room. Need to go to office for ice;
Size and layout of room, quietness when door closed. Easy going manager.
Wi fi cuts out sometimes, bathroom tap not working, but could use kithchen one.
bed ok, TV & cable ok, bathroom ok, room nice & big, nice kitchen sink but no cooking facilities
'breakfast' was muffins & coffee & a banana. no cereal, no tea, no toast (etc)
The price was good.
It was old,dirt and hot!!!
Once again, we were very happy with our stay here. Very clean and comfortable. Great value!
Room was dirty, the chain lock on the door was broke and duct tape over the dead lock. When we realized our granddaughter had left her twinkle toes tennis shoes I called immediately. The man who finally answered the phone did not try to help me with the issue. He asked if we were still in Newport and after I told him no we were in Florence he said "don't know a damn thing about shoes" and hung the phone up. The placed brags about speaking our language not sure what that was about but in any language he was extremely rude. Will never be back.
Price Location Room was vacuumed, bathroom was wiped down, and the beds had new sheets.
It is an older motel so it was a little run down.
The gentleman at the front desk was pleasant. It was cheap
room was dirty, furniture worn out, bed uncomfortable, wifi did not work
The smell of the office
bed was firm and interior was quiet while motel was at the main route through town. price.
we had the smallest room so it was cramped. while changing plugs, for the computer i had, found the ones there sticky. behind the fridge/microwave was not to contemplate, but the room was clean enough. advertised breakfast was coffee, off-brand tang, chocolate donuts and blueberry muffins. green bananas. Cash payment required equal to stay deposit: 1 night $50/ 2 $100.
What we had was a kitchenette, separate living room, and separate bedroom. We appreciated the good TV reception and the facilities. We loved the shower. The water pressure was good and we love the stall type shower.
The sofa was too old and badly needs replacing. This was our criticism. The continental breakfast was not much. It had Safeway Donuts, muffins and bananas. There was o.j. and coffee. Still, we would stay there again, as long as we could get a ground floor.
Price was low and at least the sheets and towels were clean.
Carpet was badly in need of shampoo to the point of large visible stains. The room smelled bad, I believe from the carpets. Front door lock was flimsy, dead bolt could not be locked from outside. This is a very old and rundown building. Fridge so small beer bottles could not stand up.
Although it is an older facility, everything was clean and in working order. The room was large and quiet and equipped with everything I needed.
The WI-FI was a little slow.
Nice quiet room. We came for the beach and a place to sleep at night.
Would have been nice to have a coffee pot in the room.
Good nights stay for a group of fisherman heading out in the early morning.
kitchen,tables,tv,bathroom.,close to shopping.
somebody made a big mess in room before I got there.rug dirty, tv broken, knife marks, tub full of water.
The only reason we stayed is because we budgeted for this cheap hotel and could not afford any other place
The owner was this Asian man who struggled with English. He lived right there at the front office. He was VERY rude unwilling to help us in anyway. The room way so gross and falling apart. I don't know how they could pass any codes. It smelled so stale and nasty when we got there. We kept the windows open the whole time, and sprayed fabreeze. The fridge was unplugged and had super stinky mold growing in it. When I asked him to do something about it he argued with me. He was so unprofessional. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Breakfast was soggy muffins that he pulled out of his fridge every morning.
Everything was simple and comfortable.
The refrigerator didn't work and we didn't know so some of the food we brought went bad.
