fantastisk godt hotel, god service og dejlig beliggenhed - servicen var god og værelset rent og pænt - metro og alt hvad du ska bruge ligger lige uden for døren - rigtig godt hotel til prisen Flere elevatore i bygningen:) |

Hotellet ligger godt og tæt ved Subway 96 Str. Fint og godt. Plus hotellet har 24-døgn åbent store ved tre skridts afstand fra hotellets hovedindgang. Fin rengøring på holettet. Og generel fin betjening. Konkrete information om tax til city, staten og tax for at være adult. I bør oplyse, at der skal forventes en ekstra omkostnin gpr. nat på ca. 200 kr. på hotelprisen, somv i som europæer bør tage i betragtning. Det vil være mest fair for alle. |

The hotel fulfills to the utmost what a hotell should be: comfortable, clean cheap, efficient, with a attentive staff and very well situated. |

Fremragende beliggenhed i et spændende kvarter. Undergrundsbanen lige udenfor hotellet. Meget billig i forhold til prisniveauet i øvrigt på hoteller på Manhattan. Rengøringen upåklagelig. |

clean & basic good for what we needed booked a helicoptor ride atbthe desk.when we got there they had gone for the day so we went with another company.on telling reception where told it was mentioned it would happen if the weather was bad. it was nothing to do with the weather & that was never mentioned.our shuttle did not turn up & very quickley a taxi was got for us.The two things we booked through the hotel we had problems with |

I could have managed with something simpler that cost less, but it was a nice room, quiet, good size yowels and toiletries, etc. If I want a slightly more upscale room than I seek, I would book here agin or recommend it to others. This may not be hotel's fault but I was billed for 3 rooms, but i only booked and used two for myself and some students. The hotel staff say they do not know what happened. |

Excellent value for money. We took a "suite deluxe" at $200/night, Very clean. The area is not attractive, but safe and at 10 minutes away from Times Square (express line). If you already know the city and need only a fine place to sleep, this is the perfect deal |

I liked the location and that it was clean. Also, the staff was helpful. I did not like the very small size of the room (didn't look anything like the picture on booking.com) and also the fact that there was no actual window in the room. |

Pleasant helpful staff, quiet comfortable room in vibrant area near to Central Park and shopping! I have stayed there when the rate was cheaper so did not like paying more than last time! But we had an upgrade so I was pleased . |

Friendly staff, clean room, metro nearby, microwave and fridge in room Very bad teevee reception, noise from airco coming from outside, old elevator - long wait, shuttle bus from hotel to airport - bad organisation - would recommand it. |

Position close to the subway, microwave, fridge and coffee machine inside room, staff, room very clean. Don't book air link to the airport with them. Too much slow. From 2.35 to 5 pm to get to the Jfk airport and not so cheap. 23 $ + tips. It's better getTAXI. |

Room in the back of the hotel was very quiet. We wanted to stay on the upper west side of Manhattan. The room was very small and we had to rent a locker in order to store our bags for the afternoon we checked out. |

Great location. Near subway. Plenty of eating places. Safe neighbourhood. 1.Perhaps the reception could do better with big smiles on their faces instead of having that "oh, another day at work" expression on their faces. 2. Need faster lifts. |
