wygodne łóżko, blisko do centrum,

niemiła obsługa, brak łazienki w pokoju, głośna klimatyzacja, inna cena w ofercie a inna na miejscu do zapłaty- róznica 100$ in plus. Obsługa hotelu nie chciała wystawić mi faktury do rozliczenia się z moją firmą.

clean & basic good for what we needed

booked a helicoptor ride atbthe desk.when we got there they had gone for the day so we went with another company.on telling reception where told it was mentioned it would happen if the weather was bad. it was nothing to do with the weather & that was never mentioned.our shuttle did not turn up & very quickley a taxi was got for us.The two things we booked through the hotel we had problems with

I could have managed with something simpler that cost less, but it was a nice room, quiet, good size yowels and toiletries, etc. If I want a slightly more upscale room than I seek, I would book here agin or recommend it to others.

This may not be hotel's fault but I was billed for 3 rooms, but i only booked and used two for myself and some students. The hotel staff say they do not know what happened.

Charging me for a night that i had tried to cancel due to family problems with an elderly parent--I was told that I had to stay with the original 4 night reservation--and I tried to cancel well in advance.

The room was clean, own bathroom, good location. microwave and fridge in rooms.

elevator broke often.

the location is central to museum, shopping is easy

Clean and well-located.

Rooms are a bit small, but that didn't matter to us in a city like NY.

Very bad teevee reception, noise from airco coming from outside, old elevator - long wait, shuttle bus from hotel to airport - bad organisation - would recommand it.

Position close to the subway, microwave, fridge and coffee machine inside room, staff, room very clean.

Don't book air link to the airport with them. Too much slow. From 2.35 to 5 pm to get to the Jfk airport and not so cheap. 23 $ + tips. It's better getTAXI.

Room in the back of the hotel was very quiet. We wanted to stay on the upper west side of Manhattan.

The room was very small and we had to rent a locker in order to store our bags for the afternoon we checked out.

Great location. Near subway. Plenty of eating places. Safe neighbourhood.

1.Perhaps the reception could do better with big smiles on their faces instead of having that "oh, another day at work" expression on their faces. 2. Need faster lifts.
