Only one elevator in the hotel, ask for low floor so you don't have to depend on it; also stay away from rooms ending in 15 as the bed faces the door and you can see the light from the corridor, as well as hear all the noises coming from it and the shared toiled next door . // Apenas um elevador no hotel; Evitar quarto com final 15: cama de frente para a porta do quarto (que deixa passar a luz do corredor para dentro do quarto), não há isolamento acústico (dava para escutar tudo no corredor, e o pior é que o quarto fica ao lado do banheiro comunitário).

Nao gostei da distancia dos pontos de interesse pois era necessario me locomover de metro e acabei saindo de la indo para outro hotel mais proximo da time square e outras atrações pagando inclusive menor por um hotel de melhor qualidade, proximo e com cafe da manha e internet gratis.

Poderiam ser mais claros quanto ao pagto das diarias pois ao fechar a conta tive um surpresa desagradavel.

A organização e o atendimento por parte dos funcioários foi de boa qualidade, é preciso manter a qualidade do atendimento.

Excellent value for money. We took a "suite deluxe" at $200/night, Very clean. The area is not attractive, but safe and at 10 minutes away from Times Square (express line). If you already know the city and need only a fine place to sleep, this is the perfect deal

I liked the location and that it was clean. Also, the staff was helpful.

I did not like the very small size of the room (didn't look anything like the picture on booking.com) and also the fact that there was no actual window in the room.

Pleasant helpful staff, quiet comfortable room in vibrant area near to Central Park and shopping!

I have stayed there when the rate was cheaper so did not like paying more than last time! But we had an upgrade so I was pleased .

The room was clean and comfortable, albeit tiny. The price seems high for what it was, but the location was great and presumably accounts for the price.

air conditioning unit was too close to one of the beds

Good basic hotel, nice room with lots of services. Friendly staff and very clean.

Could not open window, noisy and insufficient airco.
