It's a fantastic hotel with modern design and elegance. The location is perfect, 10 minutes walk to Time Square and close to metro station. The staff is very friendly. There is a night club, making the hotel a hot spot, but sometimes noisy, but it was bearable.

Stayed in the share room. Spacious, comfortable and private bed. Lockers had PLENTY of storage space for suitcases plus hanging rack and shelves. Separate toilet and shower were clean and tidy. Room serviced daily with clean linen and towels. Free wifi. Personal TV - seriously the most comfortable "hostel" type lodging I have ever stayed in. Will definitely return!!! Nothing!

The friendly staff. The beds were big and very comfortable. Nice having other people to talk with at the room. The art exhibition at the hotel. The location. The noisy and smelly non-stop traffic at the back of the hotel.

I love the design of the hotel, comfortable facilities, excellent location (5-10 min walk to Times Square), great for LGBT travellers and meeting new people. Some equipment didnt' work e.g. bed lamp, toilet light. Hope and that the management will continue maintaining the facilities up to a certain standard. If so, quite happy to return to stay at this establishment.

We had a good and comfortable room away from the weekend club noise, the friday club night was very good. It is a good looking hotel and overall a good comfortable stay. However the TV did not work for all of the 11 nights of our stay, the front desk staff was not very attending at al, the breakfast was not good value for money and unimaginative, best to go out. The walk up 42nd Street towards the station and Time Square is not the best first and last impression of New York, not a location I will choose again.

In addition to my last raves, this time I basked in the sun and Jacuzzi at the Spa. It was beautiful, with fantastic staff. Again, staff were superb in accommodation to my needs in a wheelchair, with a service dog, and in great pain. Everything was tasteful, artistic, open, healing, peaceful, flexible, and restoring a sense of delight and pampering. I want to invite guests, celebrate a birthday here. I can't wait to go back. This $50 complimentary day pass for guests further increases the value of the bargain. Nothing.

Plush, clean, gay, liked roommate, (stranger from China), service. Good ADA, (Americans With Disabilities Act), compliance- highest in hostels. I use a wheelchair, am low vision, have cognitive deficits from a traumatic brain injury, and have a service dog. Staff accommodated all graciously and knowledgeably. I'd be happy to recommend you as industry leaders and potential trainers. Excellent value. I definitely got what I paid for. Beautiful art. I'm happy to help you develop a map and/or guide to make this even more accessible. Thanks, Ama K. Hruby, MD A few staff, especially in kitchen in AM. Didn't understand my time needs. Most of the staff were awesome. Loud club noise bothered roommate, but not me, (used to NYC).

Location and design. Great facility. Had to negotiate a fee to have the alcohol removed from the room. One of us is a recovering alcoholic, and the front desk was told as such. I should have just put it all in a box and brought it to the front desk...

I think the hotel design is amazing and very clean. Location is amazing. Staff are so friendly Te noise from the club on the weekend is excessive so if you don't mind the noise and you are not planning an early night on the weekend ten this hotel is perfect

This hotel is fabulous. The bed very comfortable the rooms very clean and modern and great value for the money. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Also the location is perfect for everywhere you might want to go. One little moan was that we we charged $8.57 for two teas to take up to the room at the end of the day.

Very friendly staff. Great location. Great value compared to other hotels in the area. Our room was barely cleaned on one day. There was only one set of towels, glasses were not changed out, and trash was not removed.
