Location was good. Big bathroom showers
lobby furniture could use some modernizing;
Love the rooms and layout.
Had a room off the second floor Atrium and the music was annoying but front desk did turn it down.
Double bunks in four bedded room very comfortable. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.
Restaurant vastly overpriced and service for breakfast was very poor. (starter served at same time as main meal which got cold) Local cafe's much cheaper and better selection and quality.
It was my second time in this Hotel and I love every aspect of it. It has all the comforts of a 5-star hotel for a price of a 3-star hotel, considering the location.
The check-in is at 16 pm
Staff was friendly, room had all necessary amnenities.
Lock on Storage cuppoard didn't work. I wasn't sure if I had access to the hot tubs or fitness center.
Location, Staff, Great Arcade and Paintings, Free Internet, Room Snacks (Quality) and Comfortable Bed
Snooty fellow-travelers especially in sauna area, KTCHN breakfast prices and tardy service.
Sound of neighbouring club was deafening - everything shaked in the room. Hotel is not equipped to handle winter time - the idea of a mid garden connecting rooms only works during summmer
The staff. The look, feel and vibe of the place. It's location to the Javits center.
Being only three stories tall your heard EVERY street noise and my colleague said the base from the club was overly loud in his room.
The location, is very centric, very close to Times Square. The restaurant is also good.
Overpriced for what you get. Noise of people walking by the room and chatting, you can hear all that. A/C in the room very noisy If the "OUT" in their name is a way to say "gay friendly" i didn't get it. They should state that in their advertisement for those of us that don't understand "signals".
The rooms are right above a night club that the hotel owns and you can't get a minute of sleep from the loud music and the hotel doesn't really care.
WiFi, Spa, Privacy in Shared Room, very clean, nice staff
Shower only has a curtain/no separate bathroom for it
I did not like anything in this hotel and will never stay there again!
- the heating is so loud that you cant sleep when it is on - the hotel is really badly managed - I had to ask 4 times to change a lightbulb before it happened. - I asked for late check out (at 4pm) - they offered me a higher price for the late check out than the cost of the night was!
Hottub, KTCHN,loved the hotel, sauna, steam room, super comfy beds!
No water pressure in shower and water didn't get very hot.
Location & staff
The television wasn't working and it was very cold.. No heat was on
Great location, cleaness
Nice Hotel, lovely spa area!
Two nights were perfect and we loved the hotel but the last night they had a party in the hotel and there was noise until 5 AM and we had to get up at 6 AM without sleep. That was no fun!
The mattress and pillows were really comfortable
The corridor is super cold as it doesn't close off to the outside, when room service come delivering food they are literally shivering at your door. There is no roof for the summer seating area so it snowed everywhere, and the staff don't seem to care enough to even cover the couch??! first time I forget top pot the "do not disturb" sign and house keeping walked in without even knocking. When I asked him to knock the next time, he did but still entered the room when I asked him to wait for a minute. Seriously?
The location was perfect, and the facility was cozy and clean. Faculties were super kind except the African American lady at the cafe. She was not kind at all, and even rude.
The accomodation was great, but the shower suddenly broke down, so I could not take a shower one night.
The hotel is modern with friendly and attentive staff. The hotel is in a fantastic location close to everything you need to have an amazing NYC getaway.
The housekeepers have to pay more attention to lesser noticed areas. Under the bed was pretty dirty.
We really liked it here for the 3 nights! -nice compfortable beds -fancy and clean rooms -friedly stuff/ good service -free welcome drinks :) -free spa (hot tups and chill out area)
minor cons: -the ventilation system was a little loud
This is a motel, where the rooms open directly to the outdoors. The doors don't seal at all, and the thermostats are enigmatically located right next to them; the upshot is that the 1960s heater unit blasts nonstop. You'll find that covers some of the thumping bass from the nightclub on the ground floor, at least. If you're not from NYC and you're wondering what happened to the brusque rudeness residents are supposedly famous for, you'll find it alive and well with the breakfast staff in the restaurant here. Experience that New York sullen indifference you've only seen in the movies!
Trade show location to the Javitz Center was excellent. Nice and friendly staff. Good resturant.
Clean! Nice Spa! Small gym but not more than 2 people in it besides me! Good food! Good location!
The heater/AC was really loud.
Waiter Logan was very kind. Highly enjoyed space and concept. Exceptionally artistic idea for a hotel!
I wonder why the owners didn't seal off the communal hall areas as it makes for cold rooms with high energy bills. Obviously doesn't help that we stayed in coldest period over past decade! For the bed, try adding a top layer of memory foam which could highly increase overall comfort for clients!
they got great location and comfortable bed, staff here are nice and awesome sauna! I would choose here again when I come to visit NYC next time
