Ease of check in and check out . Comfort of the bed. Staff hospitality. Location
Size of room. Jacuzzi were not working. No bathrobe's as advertised. Had to make your own ice. No written or electronic instruction of how to access Wi-FI. Had to call for instruction.
The location is great with it being a short walk to times sq, Hell's Kitchen as well as many other exciting places to eat, drink and have fun.
Sometimes the hotel can have gym members who cruise the hotel looking for hookups. I for one did not appreciate being approached by older gay men when trying to relax after a long day. They need to review this situation but have yet to... Makes me wonder a lot about the senior management. The manager on duty was very helpful but I guess he can't do a whole lot.
Great price, great location (3 blocks from Times Sq. and 1 blcok from Hell´s Kitchen). Port Autohority Bus Station is 2 blocks away. Indiviual cabines with drappers for each person in a mixed beddrom.
Staff is not pleasent, they don´t seem like very friendly. The shower is tiny and doesnt have the proper privacy for a in bathroom suite.
Contemporary modern, clean and functional hostel rooms. Safe storage. Full size bed with reading lights and power outlets. Black out privacy curtains. Shared desk and free wifi. Beautiful common areas.
Street level with traffic noise Club/lunge beats audible in the room No view from the room.
location is excellent room was quiet and nice and comfortable restaurant is excellent staff was attentive and friendly
Better than expected. Room was big for nyc hotels.
Entrance to our room was in an outside courtyard, and the hawk was come thru the door.
Great service, great location. The best place to stay. It's my second time back and i will be going back.
Draft from front door in the Winter needs to be checked. Food in the restaurant not that good.
Nice Spacy room. Very helpfull personel. Nice design interior
No Stella in THE bar. Bar closed early. Limited breakfast.
1) good location... less than 10mins walk to Time Square.. less than 5 mins walk to the nearest train station 2) Concept of the hotel is "gallery" and feel very comfortable.
1) toilet door cannot close properly
We had a wonderful the staff always helpful with directions as well as giving suggestions where to eat. The hotel itself was very comfortable and clean would totally go back.
Great staff and facilities. Room extremely comfortable and bed was amazing.
First time in New York on my own and I was a bit unsure of where to stay. I found this hotel on booking.com and the pictures looked great and it was only a few blocks from Times Square. The staff were great as was the room. I stayed in a mix dorm with 3 other people expecting 4 standard basic beds in a room but when I got there I was amazed. Each bunk was a double bed with a private tv and sockets and a curtain for privacy. Would definitely recommend this place for solo travellers because if I ever go back im staying here. Great location.
That I had to leave!
It was an amazing place for young gay people to stay, very welcoming and comfortable. Highly recommend as a couple retreat.
The bedroom walls were a little scruffy, but everything else in the room was amazing.
I stayed there while in transit. Overall it was a nice stay. The hotel's ambience, location and staff are its plus points.
I love the hotel and the staff are amazing.
My only complaint was my room was above the bar and they had a function on, and I could hear the noise all night....BUT I was moved to another room and the staff were amazing. So nothing to complain about.
Size of room..ammenities
Poor insulation..fraught in door. Horrible soundproofing could here every word neighbor next door said and they kept me up late. Lots of things in room not working and when called twice to get fixed no one showed up. Rooms were superficially cleaned as carpet was not vacuumed.
Friendly staff at the front desk. They give all answers you need about anything you ask. The rooms are comfortable. I felt home even if it was the first time for me in a shared room. I will definitely come and stay at the out again. Thanks for all.

Great Location, Time Square in 5 minutes walk.Great facilities for gym, sauna, relax. Rooms are of a very good size and kingsize bed/mattress is great.
Restaurant on premises was a complete let down. We went there for breakfast and got served cold coffee a soggy bagel and tired looking fruit salad for a rip off price. A 20% service charge is already included/fixed in the price.Never went back.
The position is ok ,not fare from time square , also the common spaces . Quite large the room .Very polite and nice the boy at the restaurant during aperitiv 's time
Room was noisy , from 4 to 7 in the morning strange noises and vibrations in the wall ... Terrible ! At the concierge they were without empathy, for ex i kindly ask for an umbrella and they answered me that they haven t without tell me at least the nearest place to buy one : very unusual for an hotel of that level
I loved the decor and overall look. Location was perfect and convient. Great places to eat nearby, and 24 convince stores within a block. Nice spa and hot tub. Friendly staff, and convient bag check after checkout. Free WiFi!
Night club was a little loud on the weekend.
What did I like? leaving the hotel after 1 night of hell - was booked for 1 week but checked out early
Where to start - booked a car to pick me up from airport - didnt turn up - waited 40 mins after numerous calls to hotel - ended up getting a yellow cab. Arrived at hotel - went to the studio ( which was more expensive than a normal room - found a single bed and microwave in the room) - asked to be moved to a room with a King bed - which was fine - apart from the paper thin connecting door to next door room - you could hear EVERYTHING and I mean everything. Next day was moved to my third room - at 6pm there was a sound check in the club under the hotel - my room was thumping and vibrating - so much things were shaking - had no alternative to check out of this awful hotel. If you want a hotel, where you cant sleep, and poor customer service this would be an ideal hotel - dont be fooled by the ' boutique' style claims - you have much better choices nearby.
