They have this club right next to my room, which was so noisy during the night, you can feel the beat so clearly.
Clean, comfortable, very close to Times Square.
Walking distance to Broadway and less busy area. Super modern hotel with lots of space to enjoy meeting with people.
Cleanliness in the room can be improved. Having said that instated in one of the room shares, so there were 3 other people in the same room.
The staff are great, very friendly, and very helpful.
Wasn't able to get onto the wireless internet, but I didn't ask anyone about it so that might just have been my fault.
I only stayed here for one night to catch a train in the morning. It was very clean, modern, and comfortable.
The bedroom had a huge wall-sized mirror behind the bed so you could see yourself 'in action'. I can imagine some people would rather not. ;)
+ The deck terraces. + The free spa, sauna, whirlpools, amazing. + Great atmosphere. + 5 minutes walk to Times Square and the important subway hub of Port Authority and Times Square. + They do not advertise it -I think-, but it's a gay-friendly hotel. So it is very welcoming. + It's trendy, modern with some exhibitions on the first floor. + Some people complained about noise from a neighboring night club. I did not hear a thing, I slept perfectly!
A little noisy
Great size and comfortable rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff
music sometimes is too loud
the wifi works perfect
Was hoping their resturant had more variety.
The staff is awesome and attitude free.
Noise...inside and out side
Staff and the clean rooms
Noisy for various reasons. I was in room 344 which must have been next to the gym because as soon as anyone got on the treadmill I heard is very clearly through the walls - one time at 7am (not cool!) The nightclub is also quite noisy at the weekend.
I booked a bunk room (sharing for 3 other people) but was upgraded to a private double bedroom. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and had everything I could possibly need! Jacuzzi and roof garden access was great and the location is unbeatable.
Nothing bad here. Just it is costy, but after all, do you pay the same price for driving a lada or a Ferrari? Here, it's not a Ferrari, but an honest audi or BMW))
Quality of bed, localisation, very welcoming place.
The staff is just correct.
The room, comfortable and clean.
lobby furniture could use some modernizing;
Location was good. Big bathroom showers
Had a room off the second floor Atrium and the music was annoying but front desk did turn it down.
Love the rooms and layout.
Restaurant vastly overpriced and service for breakfast was very poor. (starter served at same time as main meal which got cold) Local cafe's much cheaper and better selection and quality.
Double bunks in four bedded room very comfortable. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.
The check-in is at 16 pm
It was my second time in this Hotel and I love every aspect of it. It has all the comforts of a 5-star hotel for a price of a 3-star hotel, considering the location.
Lock on Storage cuppoard didn't work. I wasn't sure if I had access to the hot tubs or fitness center.
Staff was friendly, room had all necessary amnenities.
Snooty fellow-travelers especially in sauna area, KTCHN breakfast prices and tardy service.
Location, Staff, Great Arcade and Paintings, Free Internet, Room Snacks (Quality) and Comfortable Bed
Sound of neighbouring club was deafening - everything shaked in the room. Hotel is not equipped to handle winter time - the idea of a mid garden connecting rooms only works during summmer
Being only three stories tall your heard EVERY street noise and my colleague said the base from the club was overly loud in his room.
The staff. The look, feel and vibe of the place. It's location to the Javits center.
Overpriced for what you get. Noise of people walking by the room and chatting, you can hear all that. A/C in the room very noisy If the "OUT" in their name is a way to say "gay friendly" i didn't get it. They should state that in their advertisement for those of us that don't understand "signals".
The location, is very centric, very close to Times Square. The restaurant is also good.
The rooms are right above a night club that the hotel owns and you can't get a minute of sleep from the loud music and the hotel doesn't really care.
Shower only has a curtain/no separate bathroom for it
WiFi, Spa, Privacy in Shared Room, very clean, nice staff
- the heating is so loud that you cant sleep when it is on - the hotel is really badly managed - I had to ask 4 times to change a lightbulb before it happened. - I asked for late check out (at 4pm) - they offered me a higher price for the late check out than the cost of the night was!
I did not like anything in this hotel and will never stay there again!
