I liked the location,I liked the staff they were very friendly and helpful ,I liked the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel, and I liked the overall design of The Out NYC its very unique.

I didn't like that I had to leave so soon .

I had to move rooms in the single stay 4 times over 10 days..minor inconvenience

-Free-wifi and use of computer -Location! Close to Time Square, Subway station and Port Authority Bus Station where you can hop on a shuttle to the airport -Staff were friendly and accommodating -Excellent facilities -So much better than staying at hostels for a dormitory bed -Lockers provided were very spacious you can put a 25 inch upright suitcase inside -Area is safe not congested and accessible to Time Square -I will definitely recommend to my friends travelling to NYC

-I was not advised about Incidental Deposit at check-in which was pre-authorised on my credit card. I would've opted to provide a cash deposit instead. -I stayed in a sharing room for a single bed and when you draw the curtain for privacy it was a bit warm and i could not feel the AC. This was resolved by keeping the curtains a bit open. -It was tricky going down the top bunk. A handrail, even on one side would've been helpful.

The shower in the dorm is too close to the beds. But apart of the that the hotel is the best I found in NYC

The hotel is trendy and well-designed. The staff are all very pleasant looking, friendly and helpful. I like the resort like hotel in a concrete jungle. It's away from the busiest and noisiest part of Times Square and yet it's within walking distance and the short walk from Times Square is very pleasant. Many policemen in the area which makes you feel safe. The bar tender in the bar served me well and what a great bar tender he is !!

Great atmosphere from the moment you are greeted when you walk in. Rooms always of immaculate presentation. Location could not be bettered. My favourite hotel in NYC.

The sound from the street and the club next door (I bring ear plugs as I know to expect this - it is not too much of a concern for me). I am unsure if all the windows are double-glazed, which may help with this.

The modern design of the resort and the frienldy staff. Great Spa and hot tub area.

Would have been nice if the resort was a strictly all-gay-male resort. Was a little turned off that I saw families with children at the resort as well.

The staff were all fantastic and we loved all the different areas of the hotel . The location was fabulous .Loved the local knowledge of the staff and also the inhouse entertainment .

We would have loved some tea and coffee making facilities in our room and the quality of the food for room service was a bit poor .

The share rooms are well designed, lovely comfortable beds and curtain for privacy. Sparkling clean and fantastic price. Near Times Square, Broadway, great food places in Hells Kitchen.

I didn't find the staff too friendly. I brought along cash to pay for my room which is perfectly acceptable in most countries. Initially the guy checking me in insisted they would need to pre-authorise the entire amount on a card, I did not have this capacity on my card. One very expensive 20 minute international phone on my mobile later he said he would check with his manager and lo and behold they took the cash payment. Very frustrating and unnecessary, and should be clearer in the booking confirmation. Using uk credit cards abroad results in obscene charges hence why I take cash.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and attractive, it was well located in Midtown, the price for the shared room was reasonable

Great location for such a reasonable room rate.

As other reviews mentioned, the bar within the hotel operates very late in the weekend. sound proof for room should be better.

No coffee in room, no room service before 11 or after 11. Noisy sidewalk traffic from the xl club.

Well priced, well appointed hotel & rooms

The Staff was excellent, the room was nice and well appointed.

The club XL made sleeping impossible until they closed at 4:30am. Club goers also wander into the courtyard area and make noise all through the night as well. This was the Number one and really only fault we had, not being able to get to sleep.

Better than I expected, clean, excellent stuff, great service, nice rooms, comfortable beds, great roomates perfect location, just amazing.

Housekeeping staff, reception staff were very good and friendly. Very comfortable and nice.

The supervisor. Or manager was very rude in his comments when I did not mean to lock a sleep sharing groom locked from inside reflexively. Could have been communicated pleasingly On the Friday night the noise from club was so heavy with the vibrations of the beats felt all over the room untill early hours of Saturday literally unbearable.
