The owner and was friendly and shared advice about things to do in town. We got the 1b suite with a kitchenette, which was great since we were traveling with a child and brought along some food.

The breakfast was the rival of any European style hearty healthy breakfast. The best I have had since Europe. I think that from a marketing perspective you might be better served by reducing or eliminating the $35 pet fee.

El breakfest ser de by the owner is very opulent To get into the Bed you need a ladder and we were angry to break our legs in case of falling out of the bed.the rooms are only usable for 2 persons and not for up to 4.

Beautifully decorated, private room with partial ocean view - very nice breakfast room did not have adequate room to eat, and the selection was limited self serve. They are planning to expand the breakfast room in the future, which would help a great deal

The cordial welcome by the inn keeper. The interaction with other guests. The comfort of the room. We will be pleased when the breakfast room is completed for more comfort while receiving breakfast.

Good location without view, but easy access to Mendocino Shops Bed very unconfortable. Found it interesting that a B&B allowed a couple with small child to stay.

Great beds and linens. Some rooms exceeded expectations. Best price in Mendocino and value for money. Office in owner's quarters - a lot to be desired. Needs dining room as area too small and cramped to eat with no tables. Trays to rooms only..

The suite we chose was spacious and comfortable. The bed was amazing - I've never had to climb up steps to get into bed before. It was in a great position to explore Mendocino and the surrounding countryside. The breakfast was very good with delicious home made muffins. We had a 'full kitchen' but there was no sharp knife or chopping board.

We had a lovely room, obvious that a lot of thought had gone into the decorating scheme. The bathroom looked like it had some recent work to upgrade, very nice Convenient location, two restaurants right next door, and the main street only 2 blocks away (great Irish Pub there, small but friendly). Very nice breakfast; soft boiled eggs, plates of different meats and cheeses, some fresh fruit, bagels, muffins, toast, juices, coffee/tea Met Brett, one of the owners, very helpful with suggestions of local places to check out.

It had a good location and was a close walk to town. Our room was wonderful with a lovely 4 poster bed. The porch was large and had a view of the water.
