The location is very, very good because it's next to Times Square, and consequently, it's very close to many restaurants, theaters, stores, and subway stations. The hotel room is comfortable, clean. The staff is kind and the concierge was there to help us when we needed. The lobby is very beautiful. The price is fair. I didn't like the bathroom because it doesn't have a division between the area of the shower and the rest of the bathroom, so after you take a shower all the bathroom is flooded. They should make a shower box or something like that to avoid this discomfort.

The hotel has an excellent location and has beautiful decoration. The staff was great. The elevators are not fast and they are not synchronized, what makes them not efficient. The A/C in the room could be less noisy.

Central location Broken toilet seats Could not swing a cat, let alone unpack our luggage. No policy on noise from other guests loudness at times in passages. Lifts took forever to arrive. Bed broken on one side (good for back packers) No facilities in room compared to our friend who stayed elsewhere at the same price. Sink shelf needs adjusting all our things fell off. No plug in sink, shower continually blocked.

Very nice staff. Nice lobby and bar area. Safe in room which we appreciated. Housekeeping did great job. The location was wonderfully central to theater, subways, the Park, restaurants and shopping, yet just far enough away from the "masses" to allow some relative peace and quiet! There are some lazy electricians out there who have convinced certain lower priced hotels that they can save money by having the fan on the same switch as the bathroom light. It is so annoying to have to listen to the fan every time you turn on the light and, frankly, it is one of those things that separates them from the luxury hotels. Also, the lighting in the bathroom isn't the greatest. Elevators were on the slow side and quite small.

Great location, right next to the TKTS booth on Times Square. Modern, hip vibe. Feels like a newly renovated hotel. No free wifi in the room, you have to pay per day. Free wifi was only available in the lobby.

The hotel is very nicely decorated, very modern and cool. It´s really close to Times Square and all the stores, 1/2 a block away, so for the price it´s very convenient. The elevator was really small, it would take sometimes a while to get the elevator to our floor. The lighting in the bathroom was to dark also. I missed a microwave in the room to warm up baby bottles too, but I guess hotels just don´t have that! They should though!!! All mommys would be happy!
