Hotel location was excellent and 10 seconds away from the main streets of NYC. Staff were mostly pleasant.
Room size too small, safe kept breaking, wifi expensive, smoke alarm flashes very bright when trying to sleep. Noisy hotel due to construction at 7am.
The hotel was lovely, modern and clean. Location was excellent, staff were helpful.
Tiny lifts and waiting ages with cases to get in them. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Having to pay for wi fi in the room.
Very easy to get around, modern and awesome looking inside hotel
Staff weren't always as friendly as you'd expect at a hotel
The location was great and the beds were amazing!
The room was not clean, found dead bugs on the carpet which means it wasn't vacuumed, the side table was SO dusty, as well as the lamps and telephone. I was refused room service one morning because I was told that the guy who delivers the orders didn't turn up for work. I had to escalate this to a manager in order to get some breakfast delivered.
The rooms were very small There is no space for the luggage.
Within walking distance of places we wanted to visit and near subway. Great Irish Pub across the street.
I had a standard room and it was small, no drawers to put clothes in...really live out of a suitcase.
We loved the location of Night Hotel Times Square! Everything easily accessible! The rate was fantastic as well!
The room was so tiny. We made due but little uncomfortable with not much space. Also, very noisy hallways at night. Thin walls as we could hear others very easily.
I stayed in many hotels in new York in all prices ranges and I must say this is the best value and best hotel I have been in ...honestly couldn't recommend it highly enough
Honestly nothing I didn't like
Great location, clean & staff very nice
Room with full bed a bit small but for one night is was ok
Minimalistic room, but everything is there
No free Wifi
The hotel was in a great location just off Times Square so it was a very good hub for exploring the City! The room was cleaned to a very high standard and was comfortsble
The room was very small, we struggled for space with two suitcases with no luggage rack or space to put them on the floor. And there was a construction site next door which seemed to run late night and very early morning (5:30am!!!) so we didn't get any lie in's!
Great location! Great ambience! Great staff! Would definitely recommend!!!
Not having a refrigerator and the bar drink prices where to high and that is why no one was in there
(1) Location is the single greatest asset - it was very convenient to be only 1 block from Times Square/Broadway. (2) The lobby is nicely redecorated.
(1) Our room was so small that we hardly had a place to keep our suitcase without tripping over it. (2) Other than the lobby, the hotel needs to be refreshed - air vents in our room looked like they had not been cleaned in decades. (3) Free wifi in the lobby was excruciatingly slow.
Great location, couldn't really be any closer to where everything happens. Beds and towels changed daily, staff always very pleasant
Windows were thin so all noise got through - a lot of it! We managed to sleep through it though. No breakfast facilities that we were aware of and only free wi-fi in lobby was a bit of a letdown
Excellent central location.
Value and choice for breakfast was very poor.
Location in normal circumstances would be great New Years eve not so fabulous .room was good size for 4 although double beds are so antiquated need queen
Noise noise noise lower floors hear everything & to top it off airconditioning was so loud had to pull out grate to try to stop & found already towels were placed there so management really needs to address this & if you are travelling new years you need to know that you are actually not on the strip to be able to access the area where ball drops freely lock out from 1pm which causes a problem especially if you are not planning to stand with a million people for several hours with no facilities
Location just what we needed.
Hotel had no control over the noise levels and activities in the bar saying it was under seperate management. At times noise was excessive until early hours and staff could not do anything about it. Only plus was a discount offered by management for the noise.
The Night hotel is within walking distance from Times Square, central park, the Rockefellar centre and 5th avenue as well as having a starbucks right outside, along with several other restaurants and cafes. The room was clean my only negative was a little dust on bedside tables which could easily be dealt with. The rooms are small but what else could you expect for an NYC hotel, the bed is very comfy and having requested a room on one of the top floors we were not disturbed by the hustle and bustle of times square. The hotel gifted us with chocolate and water as part of our turn down sevice on NYE which was a lovely touch and as a whole our experience at this hotel was great, would definitely stay here again if returning to NYC. The maple restaurant at the hotel is also fantastic - by far one of the best meals we had during our 7 day stay in New York.
Location and the room was nice and clean.
The room was tiny and not much room to put luggage, especially for two adults.
Excellent location and
Very slow lifts Shower cubicle needs updating/refurb- bathroom had a constant lingering smell. Free wifi in rooms would have been a great touch
Location. Concierge was helpful.
Very unfriendly and unhelpful check in staff member. Disappointed to have no in room coffee machine.
Location was fabulous, small but very clean rooms. Friendly, helpful staff.
Small rooms, noisy air-con.
Great location. Staff were very helpful. Room was lovely and clean
Building work woke us up at 6am every morning. The fact you have to pay for wifi is in my opinion ridiculous
