The closeness to union square The staff at the hotel was very amateur, and they did not have any practicality on customer satisfaction. The managers, Michael and Eunice were very unsupportive when it came down to customer satisfaction. 1. The room I booked was very very small (deluxe double).2. They were not compensating when they bumped me to a room with one king. ( I have three kids.) |

Convenient location, easy access to transport and shopping areas I was unable to check in until 15.00 hrs. even though I informed the hotel that I arrived after a 10-hour trip to Japan |

Fabulous hotel in a fabulous location, there was nothing not to like The staff tried to upgrade us on check in - kind of pressured sales tactic and wanted to charge us more money. Extra fees for internet and gym |
