The gym and swimming pool are outstanding for a medium size city hotel. They were never too busy and had all the equipment you need.Restaurant was first class too. The internet access was extremely poor, especially during peak hours. I kept getting dropped off. I would say it was unacceptable especially given the price for access. It was bad enough to outweigh all the other positives and needs addressing before I stay there again.

Too long to check in...inflexible procedures that damage the image of the hotel. Worst check in process in all the hotels I´ve been to.

The location on the hotel was the only good part of my stay. It was easy to manage around the city staying at it's central hotel. The receptionist was rude. She also charged me an additional guest fee because she claimed I only indicated myself in the reservation even tho I specifically reserved a room with two beds... Also the hotel adds so many service fees that my $370 dollar reservation for two nights ended up being $513 dollars.

The professionalism and courtesy of the staff and the design, size and comfort of the room were exceptional for the price. The room, although designated a non-smoking room, had clearly been used by a smoker. We dropped off our luggage, turned on the fan and air, and left the room for several hours to shop and give the room time to "air" out.

The location was great in a central location within sf. The view from our room was excellent which was helped by the fact that we got a free upgrade to a one bedroom suite on the 24th floor - fantastic!

Location Tiny room with 2 suitcases there was no room to move around and this is supposed to be a delux king room. Didn't like having to pay for all the normal facilities including wi-fi (which is available free from starbucks at side door) Water in room $6 what a rip off for 0.5l

The location was great, the rooms were very nice and quite comfy. The service was lousy. The hotel was pricey, that's San Francisco, but nothing was included in the room! To use the gym or pool cost extra, to use the Wifi cost $16! Breakfast not included. I half expected to be charged $3 to ride the elevator.
