The room was very clean and comfortable

The area outside the hotel felt dangerous. I also felt the hotel was overpriced.

Service is very good, nice people.

No wifi that makes me can't connect with my friends and family:-(

Beds were incredibly comfortable,room comfortable and spotless, bathroom well appointed. Staff very friendly, efficient, and helpful. Nice view from room.

No hockey on ESPN (Stanley Cup Finals)

- Strategic location within 5 minutes of BART station

Conveniently located near union square, the BART station to the airport and the cable car line. We had a fantastic meal at the Restaurant and service was impeccable. The best hotel in our 3 week US holiday.

I wrote a note honeymoon and did not find any attention to it

We enjoyed the exercise room and the lovely view. We also liked the continental breakfast and the wine and cheese hour.

It was a bit pricey

It's an impeccably maintained hotel with a top notch staff. The imperial rooms are better than any you'll find in the city. I always look forward to returning to the Nikko time and again.

Parking, as with everywhere else in the city, is getting to be a ridiculous cost for overnight. What was $25 only a couple of years ago now approaches $50 per night.

Not enough restaurants or bars in the location. Parking costs too much for guests. Some rooms charge extra for Internet.

The staff was friendly and accommodating.The hotel is clean and beautiful. The bed was outstanding, as was the shower.

The charge for WiFi use, per each device, seemed excessive.The room did not have a comfortable chair.

The added hidden costs: $20 for pool and fittness usage $50 parking So original room booked for $159 after parking and taxes ended up being $250???

The decor, the location, the high-rise, the easy checkout.

The dirty water spots on the bath vanity and the high price of parking. Lots of "extra" fees (pool/internet) -- we booked specifically for the pool and found out that service was NOT included with the reservation.

Staffs are very professional and friendly.

The room is too small. Smaller than I booked as stated in booking.com. When I booked it, it said 325sqft. But actually is much smaller. Is it booking.com did not do a good job on report the fact?

Great Location in downtown sf. Staff was professional, attentive, and just gave excellent customer service. Citrus water in the lobby.

Extra cost to use indoor pool and gym. Shower heads can't aim higher. No continental breakfast to get you started, so you had to stop elsewhere for a quick breakfast.

Good location, well trained staff and excellent conditions

The cleaning was not good, there were hair left in drawers and bathroom.

Area was over Tim with aggressive homeless beggars who made you feel unsafe.

Staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Atmosphere was very soothing and attractive.

There wasn't a magnified mirror in the bathrooms. I also didn't like being in an alcove, because the door to the other room was too close and the person staying in that room often had problems getting into their room and were rather noisy.

The peacefulness and quiet. No crowds. Also the food.

The expense-I booked through an agency because I could not get through to the hotel directly and the expense was a problem. they also had my room listed for four people! i was a solo traveler.
