La decoración de la habitación deja bastante que desear. La habitación no olía bien y las cortinas estaban rotas. Te hacen pagar por todo. Por usar la piscina te cobran 10 USD y no vale la pena! es minúscula.

recomiendo el imperial room si está en oferta.

Es un hotel muy céntrico cercano a Union Square, con buenas instalaciones, cuartos limpios, buen restaurant y concina oriental

Cierran muy temprano el restaurant 10 PM. En verano la gente se queda mas tiempo para cenar

su situacion centrica en la ciudad, la amplitud de sus habitaciones

un hotel muy bien ubicado, con muchas comodidades, el personal de servicio maravilloso muy amable, volveria sin lugar a dudas a este hotel

I like the location, it is very convenient to be downtown and doing mostly everything by foot

First, I told that I need two-bed room when I made a reservation, but they first gave me a one-king-bed room.... Second, I found one unclean cup was in the room when I checked in. I claimed to replace it, but they did not do that. Third, they did not answer my e-mail for one week after I send an e-mail about the fact I left my jacket in my room.　１．予約時にベッド2台の部屋を予約したのに、チェックイン時に1ベッドルームの部屋をあてがわれました。- ２．チェックイン時から部屋のコップが汚いままだったので、交換してほしいとお願いしたのにも関わらず（4- 日間滞在したのに）結局対応してもらえませんでした。３．上着を部屋に忘れてチェックアウトしたのに後日気- づき、ホテル宛にEメールを送ったところ、1週間以上返事が全く来ませんでした。このようなサービスの悪い- ホテルは初めてです。残念ながら、私の経験から申し上げると、全くお勧めできません。

We were very impressed with the Michelle Krupkin at the front desk. She was most helpful and gave us excellent suggestions on dinning and "things not to miss" while we were in the city! Thanks Michelle~

Room service food was average; cold. Also, we visited the "Hospitality Lounge" on the 23rd floor and it was a nice extra, however it was not well maintained as far as cleanliness and replenishing the snacks/drinks that were offered.

The hotel was really luxurious. Everything about it was nice. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Really close to the shopping district, walking distance and a short cab ride to the pier.

Someone came in to clean our room while we were shopping and forgot to close the door. When I came back door was wide open. Luckily nothing was missing.

Almost everything was great, the room, the view, the breakfast buffet, the lounge on the 22nd floor and the wine and cheese refreshments that came with our specific room package.

One thing I would suggest is that the sliding doors in the bathroom be fixed or replaced- it was was very hard top open and close them. Also it would be nice to have more tv channels and/or longer programs for the on-demand programs, specifically the children's shows, we had to keep paying $2.99 for every half hour of children's programming.
