Hotel Nikko San Francisco

日本語を話せるスタッフがいるので安心してすごせました。

人件費削りすぎです。まともなサービスが提供できてない。いろんな備品が壊れてて、老朽化は否めません。満- 足なのはロケーションのみです。

チェックイン、チェックアウトやフロントに用事があるときに待ち時間が掛かる。（多くの客を３人で対応して- おり時間が掛かってしまうようだ）

ホテルの駐車場が高く、少し離れた駐車場に車を止めた。何泊もする宿泊客に対しては、もっと駐車場代金を安- くできないか？

ロケーションもショッピングエリアと駅に近くてとても便利でした。今回泊まった特別フロアは無料朝食、夕方- のスナックやワインのサービスがあり、とてもよかったです。

システムの合理性は米国水準で高く、室内調度品の高級感も程好く、新聞の配達等きめ細かい日本的サービスが- 行き届いていると感じました。

米国だから止むを得ないのかもしれませんが、日本では常識となっているシャワートイレ（ウヲッシュレットと- いうような商品）が装備されている必要があります。

日本のホテルNikkoの快適さを想像して予約したが、サンフランシスコのNikkoに宿泊してみると、日- 本より清掃・従業員の対応の点で、かなり劣っていた。立地はよかった。

フィットネスクラブ施設があるのを前面に出していたのに、改装中でなんとも辺鄙な施設でがっかりした。

冷蔵庫が欲しかった

浴槽のシャワーヘッドが破損してとれていたのは困りました。翌日申し出て修理していただきましたが、部屋の- 掃除時に掃除する人が当然気づいていた筈だと思います。この点の対応が少し残念でした。

First, I told that I need two-bed room when I made a reservation, but they first gave me a one-king-bed room.... Second, I found one unclean cup was in the room when I checked in. I claimed to replace it, but they did not do that. Third, they did not answer my e-mail for one week after I send an e-mail about the fact I left my jacket in my room.　１．予約時にベッド2台の部屋を予約したのに、チェックイン時に1ベッドルームの部屋をあてがわれました。- ２．チェックイン時から部屋のコップが汚いままだったので、交換してほしいとお願いしたのにも関わらず（4- 日間滞在したのに）結局対応してもらえませんでした。３．上着を部屋に忘れてチェックアウトしたのに後日気- づき、ホテル宛にEメールを送ったところ、1週間以上返事が全く来ませんでした。このようなサービスの悪い- ホテルは初めてです。残念ながら、私の経験から申し上げると、全くお勧めできません。

The location is very good and convenience.

We were very impressed with the Michelle Krupkin at the front desk. She was most helpful and gave us excellent suggestions on dinning and "things not to miss" while we were in the city! Thanks Michelle~

Room service food was average; cold. Also, we visited the "Hospitality Lounge" on the 23rd floor and it was a nice extra, however it was not well maintained as far as cleanliness and replenishing the snacks/drinks that were offered.

The hotel was really luxurious. Everything about it was nice. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Really close to the shopping district, walking distance and a short cab ride to the pier.

Someone came in to clean our room while we were shopping and forgot to close the door. When I came back door was wide open. Luckily nothing was missing.

Almost everything was great, the room, the view, the breakfast buffet, the lounge on the 22nd floor and the wine and cheese refreshments that came with our specific room package.

One thing I would suggest is that the sliding doors in the bathroom be fixed or replaced- it was was very hard top open and close them. Also it would be nice to have more tv channels and/or longer programs for the on-demand programs, specifically the children's shows, we had to keep paying $2.99 for every half hour of children's programming.

Service, the beds and the flat tv, feel like home
