localizacao, conforto do quarto e atendimento dos funcionarios melhorar o atendimento por parte das room made woman , nao limpam bem e nao deixam produtos necessarios que o hotel disponibiliza para os hospedes. |

First, I told that I need two-bed room when I made a reservation, but they first gave me a one-king-bed room.... Second, I found one unclean cup was in the room when I checked in. I claimed to replace it, but they did not do that. Third, they did not answer my e-mail for one week after I send an e-mail about the fact I left my jacket in my room. 1.予約時にベッド2台の部屋を予約したのに、チェックイン時に1ベッドルームの部屋をあてがわれました。- 2.チェックイン時から部屋のコップが汚いままだったので、交換してほしいとお願いしたのにも関わらず(4- 日間滞在したのに)結局対応してもらえませんでした。3.上着を部屋に忘れてチェックアウトしたのに後日気- づき、ホテル宛にEメールを送ったところ、1週間以上返事が全く来ませんでした。このようなサービスの悪い- ホテルは初めてです。残念ながら、私の経験から申し上げると、全くお勧めできません。 |

Excellent sauna and steam room...I couldn't get enough of this feature...although it cost $6 to use them. :-( |

We were very impressed with the Michelle Krupkin at the front desk. She was most helpful and gave us excellent suggestions on dinning and "things not to miss" while we were in the city! Thanks Michelle~ Room service food was average; cold. Also, we visited the "Hospitality Lounge" on the 23rd floor and it was a nice extra, however it was not well maintained as far as cleanliness and replenishing the snacks/drinks that were offered. |

The hotel was really luxurious. Everything about it was nice. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Really close to the shopping district, walking distance and a short cab ride to the pier. Someone came in to clean our room while we were shopping and forgot to close the door. When I came back door was wide open. Luckily nothing was missing. |

Almost nothing This 's a way over expensive hotel! The restaurant was really bad. It's not because your situation is in the centre you are a class hotel. Worst hotel ever!!! |

Almost everything was great, the room, the view, the breakfast buffet, the lounge on the 22nd floor and the wine and cheese refreshments that came with our specific room package. One thing I would suggest is that the sliding doors in the bathroom be fixed or replaced- it was was very hard top open and close them. Also it would be nice to have more tv channels and/or longer programs for the on-demand programs, specifically the children's shows, we had to keep paying $2.99 for every half hour of children's programming. |

Good location, clean, nice staff. Nice bathrooms. Bar downtairs was nice. Uncomfortable bed, it seemed smalled than a standard queen. Eighties decor. Small rooms. Pricey for what you get. |

very good price compare to the service and the location. In addition we have benn upgraded for only 60 dollars in a suite so that with had two separated rooms ( our bedroom and a living room) The decoration is design but a little bit cold. It a big hotel with more than 500 rooms |

Based very close to all shops. Good food and very quiet. good size rooms. Valet staff were not very friendly and parking was very expensive. A lot of homelss hanging around outside |

Great potential to be a good hotel Yes. I had originally requested a room with two beds, yet when I got there, they did not honor my request and gave me a room with a single bed. After not such a great night of sleep, the next day I was given a two bed room yet...the room had not been made! There were towels with makeup lying around, the beds were not made, bathroom was dirty...Really not a good experience! I travel a lot due to work, and Nikko used to be my favourite hotel chain, but I think they may have lost a customer...at least Nikko sf! |

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und vom Preis her akzeptabel für SF.Die Nähe zur City war für uns ausschlaggebend, man konnte alles wunderbar zu Fuß oder mit dem Cablecar erreichen. Das Parken und das Frühstück sind (wenn man wenig frühstückt wie wir ) defenitiv zu teuer. Es gibt allerdings im selben Gebäude ein Starbucks, wo man ganz gut frühstücken kann. Fazit schönes Hotel mitten in der City |

It was a nice, clean hotel located ideally in the center of San Francisco. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants and other attractions. The swimming pool was not quite as nice as was indicated by the pictures. It was OK, though. |

I enjoyed the bathroom the most in the hotel. The television was a neat addition but I loved the double shower and large tub. The room was nice but not as nice as I expected. I was very dissappointed to not recieve the buffet with mimosas. Instead I was made aware that we were only entitled to the cheap breakfast. Overall I was unimpressed with this hotel. Probably have a better stay somewhere where English is clearly spoken. |
