Hotel Nikko San Francisco  

We loved absolutely everything about our stay! The room was spotless, quiet, and beautiful. But the best part about the hotel was how friendly and helpful the staff were. We could not have enjoyed our stay more. Best hotel experience we have ever had.

Everything was perfect, the location was only 3-5 min walk to the center

First time staying at a hotel in San Francisco and this was a fantastic hotel room. Very clean and serene right in the heart of Union Square. Beds were very comfortable and slept soundly.

$45.00 a night parking and $20.00 for fitness

Loved the service and location, as well as the activity by the lobby and bar on Saturday night.

The room was nice and large, and there were parts that seemed a little incongruous and outdated with the decor of the rest of the room. For example, the bathroom was very modern, but the seated mirror just outside the bathroom looked old and outdated.

We had nice big room and everything was clean and tidy. We would love to come back to this hotel again. Thank you.

There were two main things that were not mention in the hotel policies, we were surprised about it (not really happy), such as: - deposit $400; this was for any kind of damage in the room - car park, we had to pay tax for every night fees

Wi-fi was a whopping 15.95 a day extra.

Location, Location.Location! One block from Union Square and two blocks from Westfield Center, the Powell Street Cable Car and Bart Station it is easy access to the best shopping, dining and entertainment in the city!! The ice water with the fresh fruit in it was a refreshing touch to have on the way in and out of the hotel.

The rooms were a little cramped. Would like to have had an arm chair to sit in beside the desk chair. The T.V. picture quality could have been better and the channel guide didn't work. Would have liked to have a bigger dresser, a mini refrigerator and microwave The closet was small and the safe and ironing board took up alot of closet space.

Location. Size and comfort of rooms. Cleanliness. Friendly staff. Knowledgable concierge.

I was a bit surprised at the price to house the car per night, but I think that is average for San Francisco.

OK hotel, almost as good as Nikko hotels in Japan, but not quite.
