The staff was friendly and location was great.
The smoke detector low battery warning kept beeping every 30 seconds. Kept me up all night. Asked staff member 2 times to send someone to change the battery.
Hotel was nice
Very small "deluxe " room Wifi is extra , even after spending thousands of dollars
The Bed, comfortable sleep.
Not enough information inside hotel room about the amenities in the facility.
the location and the staff was the best
the food was bad , no spanish tv, the beds fair, regular towels
Took 15 minutes to get a drink when only two other tables in bar; Later when bar was very busy took 25 minutes to get a drink. Drinks in bar- no garnish for Bloody Mary not even lime or lemon for $15.00 with house vodka. $15.00 for an Irish coffee that had cold coffee and nothing else- no cream - had to ask and she brought out an areosol can of cream; she brought no spoons or swirlers; no sugar; Glass of champagane served in a wine glass
nearly everything else was quite bad for a ritz. everything was basically like a decent 4 star hotel but not like a 5 star deluxe
Comfortable well appointed room. Ritz Club experience was outstanding. As always Ritz employees are top notch and well trained
$300/night and I have to pay 12.95 for internet? come on! Would have been nice to be told I had Club privileges when I checked in not to experiment over half way through stay and find out I could use Club $50/day Valet? Wow! again given room cost one would think....
Had to take 3 elevators to get to my room! Paid over $600 per night and room was of very poor standard I would have at least expected a decent shower. I will not be returning
I didn't like that you serve jams with high fructose corn sirop. You serve the most unhealthy jams! I urge you to switch to a supplier that serves only good quality preserves. Thank you
Love the staff - so eager to please
Restaurant wasn't as good as I've had in other RC's and service wasn't as good.
I use the Ritz Carlton brand around the world and the one in New Orkeans is a great example.
Rooms are small, rabbits warren of corridors & turns. Food in the lounge is good but restaurants are barely ok.
The parking price per night was $50.00
I was woke up out of my sleep by a couple arguing and fighting in the next room.
Short walk to and from Bourbon street. I didn't have to worry about stumbling a long distance back to my hotel. Great atmosphere and secluded private dining and drinks made it a perfect place to hang out with any new friends you happen to meet after the pandemonium of Bourbon Street. It was a great place of refuge after partying.
The room was below average for the price. I've stayed at hotels with larger rooms for the price, but the room was spotless.
The pillows were too airy and wouldn't hold shape. I had to roll up the pillow to keep my head up.
The décor, the staff, the room, and the tub.
Not the fault of the hotel, but the loud party busses on Canal made it hard to get to sleep. They could be heard through the windows until approximately 3am in the morning.
hotel and amenities
Not getting free Wi-Fi because I booked thru a third party
Everything was spotlessly clean, and it was a top notch hotel
Wi fi was $12.95 a day, which we thought too expensive
We had a great rate and decided to upgrade to Club level and per usual the staff was above and beyond excellent. Russell and Sunday were so kind and pleasant. The food just great and we just stayed close and relaxed..
Parking fees really are stiff...your property next door is $10.00 per day less...hate to complain but it's the little things sometimes.
The location was great for us and the staff were very helpful. Particularly Karen whom was on the concierge desk. She was switched on.
The wine prices were quite high at the very nice bar. It made us go somewhere else for a drink when we would have liked to have stayed there. No free WiFi is weird in the USA. Everywhere else in the world is free
The jazz band at the restaurant. The valet service. The location next to the French Quarter.
Everything was perfect.
Starting with Alissa at the front(she was great!!!), the entire staff was awesome. The upgrade was a very nice surprise for my wife's birthday. We'll definitely be back.
Very nice rooms with excellent beds und very good service
Base price is very good but all extras are by far too expensive. Breakfast and parking prices are too high (you can park at the next hotel for half of the price or behind the hotel for a third) and wifi needs to be paid extra, not acceptable for such a hotel. We would probably choose another hotel if we'd come back to New Orleanes.
We had some unexpected problems with the room during the night. It was taken care of in a very profesional manner. We then could try all aspects an departement og the Hotel and its the best expiriense and Hotel ever
All the staff were superb in every way. From Bubba on the door through to the management. Bengeits were best in New Orleans.
In house meal prices were a bit steep.
