The hotel layout is quite cumbersome. you have to take multiple elevators and walk many hallways to get anywhere in the hotel.
The staff of the Concierge level couldn't be more helpful! The services of the Concierge Club were first class and the food was excellent.

The smoke detector low battery warning kept beeping every 30 seconds. Kept me up all night. Asked staff member 2 times to send someone to change the battery.

Took 15 minutes to get a drink when only two other tables in bar; Later when bar was very busy took 25 minutes to get a drink. Drinks in bar- no garnish for Bloody Mary not even lime or lemon for $15.00 with house vodka. $15.00 for an Irish coffee that had cold coffee and nothing else- no cream - had to ask and she brought out an areosol can of cream; she brought no spoons or swirlers; no sugar; Glass of champagane served in a wine glass

$300/night and I have to pay 12.95 for internet? come on! Would have been nice to be told I had Club privileges when I checked in not to experiment over half way through stay and find out I could use Club $50/day Valet? Wow! again given room cost one would think....

Had to take 3 elevators to get to my room! Paid over $600 per night and room was of very poor standard I would have at least expected a decent shower. I will not be returning

Rooms are small, rabbits warren of corridors & turns. Food in the lounge is good but restaurants are barely ok.
I use the Ritz Carlton brand around the world and the one in New Orkeans is a great example.
