Starting with Alissa at the front(she was great!!!), the entire staff was awesome. The upgrade was a very nice surprise for my wife's birthday. We'll definitely be back.
We had some unexpected problems with the room during the night. It was taken care of in a very profesional manner. We then could try all aspects an departement og the Hotel and its the best expiriense and Hotel ever
All the staff were superb in every way. From Bubba on the door through to the management. Bengeits were best in New Orleans.
In house meal prices were a bit steep.
I don't like the fact that the price for this hotel is raised 3x higher during the Essence Festival
The cost to park my car was very high
Service is as expected from the Ritz, exceptional
Food quality and variety
The only meal we ate in the hotel was breakfast and that was fabulous, if a bit pricey. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us and the room was spacious and very comfortable.
Our concierge Sunday was the best! She was very helpful with anything we needed or wanted!
Unbelievably friendly staff that all wanted to engage in conversation with you
Indoor pool. Would prefer outdoor pool
Services inside the hotel.
The garbage surrounding the entire area surrounding the location of the hotel. The stench was horrible. This may be a city for some to visit; however, this is definitely not a place I plan to return. The amount I paid for this experience was highly over rated and over priced!
Absolutely everything. Friendliness of staff and so accommodating!
Service is beyond excellent. Would not hesitate a second to return.
Stayed at Club Level. No variation in the (excellent) breakfast menu. Use of spa steam/sauna was an additional charge. Indoor lap pool only.
beds were nice.
My toilet ran all night and perhaps was the cause of the carpet being wet in room. I ordered the fried chicken dinner in room service, it came burnt, the biscuit was burnt and hard as a rock. I called in room dinning was reported this, I was still charged for this meal that was uneaten!!! Tacky. I was also disappointed in the daily charge for internet useage. Given the price of the rooms, that should be included at no cost.
The Concierge are excellent, they really have a great knowledge about the local restaurants, not the touristy one, specially Karen and Rudy, they are excellent. Thanks again.
Really can't find any flaws.
Location next to French Quarter
Room could stand to be refreshed . Burn marks on bench in room .
A great stay in a great Hotel. Very nice rooms with much space, also in the bathroom. High quality furniture. Very comfortable bed. We had a nice look towards the Mississippi. Very motivated and helpful personal, especially at the Concierge desk. Lovely courtyard for breakfast and other meals.
Suggestion to the Hotel: Have some moore umbrellas ready when it rains. However this a very minor issue.
Staff was very attentive and helpful, especially for booking a last minute plantation tour. In the evenings, it was lovely to sit in the bar and listen to live jazz music or sip a sazerac in the courtyard.
beautiful hotel, great bar, very good location
i had selected a room with two beds on booking.com, but when i arrived only a single bed room was available. while this was ultimately resolved, it was very frustrating at the time.
This is otherwise a typical Ritz Carlton Hotel - what I found really bad is that the windows do not open. There is no fresh air in the room. It would be simple to have the windows open as they are simply locked but for some reason they are closed. I know this is a common occurence in high rise hotels but this is a smaller hotel and could easily facilitate open windows.
Free wifi offered
No coffee in the room
Too expensive Hidden fees Noisy room Seemed run down for a Ritz-Carlton
I liked the view of Canal Street the very polite and helpful staff. It is a beautiful hotel.
The overwhelming scent of room fresher in the room. Actually caused severe allergic reaction.
