No coffee in room

Carpets dirty, not vacuumed entire time there, shower leaked onto bathroom floor, room 1104, nine zero, Boston

The rooms and view were beautiful, the concierge was friendly and had amazing suggestions.

For the price the size of the rooms were about the size of a large walk-in closet.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful hotel and very conveniently located. Loved that there was a wine hour and free coffee to go in the am. Refreshing infused water in the lobby. We had a great view, the decor was elegant and the bed was very comfortable.

Bathroom was small and shower configuration made leaks onto the floor hard to avoid.

Nothing exceptional about the hotel except for the location.

Bit expensive in comparison to other hotels we stayed in USA which are all 4 or 5 star hotels.

Very friendly staff. Introduced themselves. Always smiling and acknowledged us every time. Even the Housekeeper left us a lovely hand written note.

Would love to be able to make a cup of tea/coffee in the room.

Staff was outstanding as a group. Oscar in the dining room was a special treat. Location was convenient for all downtown/financial distric needs and also suitable for sightseeing.

The service stands out as superlative; everyone working at Nine Zero was friendly and helpful. Good central location. Beautiful boutique hotel. Rooms very clean, fresh and well-designed.

Not well insulated...a lot of city noise, as well as noise in other rooms. Not terrible, but certainly interrupted sleep. Food ordered through room service was hit or miss quality-wise.

They charge over 10 dollars a day for wirelless internet and over 6 dollars for a botlle of water in your room. The room is small for a city like Boston. In NY I would understand a room that size.

The hotel was fabulous! My husband and I were traveling with my parents and we had stayed at other Kimpton hotels but my parents had not. We loved everything about the hotel--the decor, the fabulous rooms, the comfortable beds, our awesome views, the friendly staff, and all the great little extras (wine hour, etc.).

The only thing that could use some improvement was the speed of service in the restaurant for breakfast. The staff there was very pleasant, but it just took longer than expected to be waited on, receive our food, check, etc.

The concierge & maitre'd did great jobs, very helpful. Beds very comfortable, great location.

Restaurant only open for breakfast, bar not at all. Nowhere in room or hotel to make a cup of tea or coffee.

Location was very good near the park and other shopping streets and restaurants. Room size is also good. Hotel staff very friendly.

You had to pay for wifi Parking is very expensive The bathroom door was a sliding door with no lock. However we were compensated for that.

Parking is prohibitive. Parking in Boston in general is expensive but I believe as a guest of the hotel it could be cheaper (especially for motorcycle).

Very expensive, Bad price-performance ratio; even wifi US charged with 10 extra $. Parking costs 42 $ per 24 hrs!

Really at the center of the city of Boston, great food, beautiful room.

Just a bit rough on the budget but the quality was there.

Bed was a little soft. The room was a little noisey. We could hear movement and tv from next room over.

Great location on Tremont Street only 10 minutes walk to South Street train station and only 15 minutes to North End (Italian quarter) and less than 10 minutes to Beacon Street with lots of cafes, bars and restaurants. Comfortable bed and pillows and powerful shower. Clean room.

WiFi not working for 2 days and when finally back up and running couldn't get through the Kimpton home page for free of charge access as a guest. Personally didn't think this was a luxury, boutique as described. Just an average hotel and very overpriced. No coffee machine in room and shower leaked all over bathroom floor.
