Incredibly comfy bed! Loved Highball Lounge.
VERY, VERY difficult to find. Does not match google maps. When called, front desk gave an address of Bosworth Street, that needs to be put on website, would have avoided lots of frustration for us.
Was in Boston for the night with 3 of my girlfriends for the Garth Brooks concert and we couldn't have found a better place to stay. The staff was super friendly and fun to interact with. I loved the wine hour. And the location couldn't have been better.
location,staff and room
no bar sunday to wednesday
Price not too bad but be aware you'll pay $46 to park on top of the price of room. I've had cleaner rooms. The ice bucket had cigarette burns in the cover of the bucket.
The Nine Zero goes out of its way to make you feel welcome, from the free tea, coffee and newspapers in the morning to the Happy hour in the evening. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in. The staff were very helpful.
The lack of a bathtub in the room, and no showercap for the shower. Limited eating opportunities, as restaurant really only serves breakfast and drinks /snacks
Loved the location, the skyline view and the room was spectacular..staff was very friendly too.
The parking was a little bit expensive..should have got the parking package rate
Liked the whole feel of the hotel and the room. Good size, all the necessary furnishings in good taste and well organized. I want to come back for an extended stay.
Breakfast finished by 10am. After a late night that is a tough ask.
Great vibe, terrific location. Felt welcomed and looked after.
We really enjoyed our stay.
The location was so convenient for us. The T was a block away, and everywhere we wanted to go was either a quick walk or a cheap cab ride. A bonus is that there is a Starbucks around the corner from the Hotel. The room was clean, modern and the bed was very comfortable. We also ordered room service for breakfast and it was quick and very tasty!
There was a little fiasco with picking up our car at checkout because the machine was broken. It took us (and many others) longer than expected to get our cars.
Walk to many points of interest!
Loved the wine reception; the shower water pressure, cleanliness of room; toiletries and room service. Went to Bruins game which was in walking distance.
We stayed on the sixth floor so you could hear the music from the Highball Lounge making it difficult to fall asleep. No valet in front of hotel - you have to take a left after the property. Valet is very friendly but price of valet is high. I think it was over $40 per night.
Honestly breakfast service could have been better.
Decor & location WiFi & business lounge with printing Staff were friendly
Room was small Heating made a strange noise Expensive compared to other hotels in the vicinity
Front desk staff was very friendly and accomodating. Incredibly comfortable bed..clean and well appointed room with sound system. On top of all of that..the hotel is in an ideal location. Could not have been more pleased with this choice for 2 night stay over New Years.
Highball lounge bartenders were inconsiderate and slow. Seemingly catering more to locals on a crowded night and not treating guests who were paying to stay with respect. Disappointing considering staff in hotel was so decent.
The concierge could not be more helpful and polite! The room was stunning and the bar downstairs was busy and fun.
Staff and location
I loved the infused water at reception and the run with the GM
The rooms were dark. I despised the smell in reception. Smelt of self tanning lotion...
Location Friendliness of staff
The location was fantastic, and the hotel vibe was great. From happy hour to the recommendations by the staff, we would definitely recommend this hotel
The room looked, and was, luxurious. Loved the honor bar and the Raid the Bar benefit for joining the Klimpton Karma program. Loved how close it was to everything, especially Boston Commons. Room service was fast (like 15 minutes) and everything was hot. Loved the place.
very close to the highlights great bar
Wonderful stay, good central location, very friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable, clean and well looked-after facilities. Will be staying here again next year.
The modern style of the hotel. Helpful staff. Fabulous location. Great nights sleep. Great facilities eg computers to print out your boarding passes etc.
I got locked in the bathroom on the morning I was leaving and had to kid the door out to get out. Left me shaking from the experience as I thought I was going to be stuck there all day.
Room was adequate for three adults. Complimentary wine in the evening allowed us to chat with other happy guests. Walking distance to Boston Common and many restaurants and historical sites.
Affiliated restaurant for breakfast was expensive with slow service. Wi-Fi, while free, was a bit fussy with long password.
