Nine Zero, a Kimpton Hotel  

We enjoyed the 5-6 wine reception, decor,fitness facility, water bottles & dispensed water in lobby. Great bed and cleanliness.

Our request of upper floor was not available when we were told it would be. Our city view was looking into offices a few meters away. Did not seem to matter to check in clerk even though we were reserving 4 rooms at a high rate. Get the rooms above 16th floor. I was told by service people that the hotel was not even half full. When I sat in the lobby near the reception desk I listened to how other people were constantly upgraded to upper level floors.

The location is really great for a visit at Boston, most rooms are really nice (unfortunately not the one we had this time) and have well designed furniture and equipment.

It was our fourth time in the 90 hotel (it had become a tradition for us to make a detour to Boston and the 90 because of the good memories we had from our first stay), but certainly the last time. The staff both at the Kimpton reservation center and at the hotel was neither friendly nor responsive nor helpful. The booking.com people did their best to help out, but this was certainly not the kind of experience you want to make with a hotel in this price category.

The most comfortable beds I've ever slept in a hotel room!! Excellent, central location with an incredible view from our room over the Common. A truly enjoyable experience.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, ideal für eine Stadterkundigung zu Fuß. Die Zimmer sind für ein Stadthotel schön großzügig, dass man auch aus zwei offenen Koffern leben kann. Nette Bar und Frühstücksrauf mit abwechslungsreichem Frühstücksangebot. Jeden Abend gibt es eine Happy Hour mit Weinverköstigung und Wasserspender stehen bereit.

So schön und modern die Bar und der Frühstücksraum gestaltet sind und so schmackhaft das Frühstück zubereitet ist, es herrschen in diesen Räumen arktische Temperaturen. Mancher Hotelgast sitzt trotz einer Außentemperatur von 28 Grad mit Anorak und Schal beim Frühstück!

Sehr anständiges und zuvorkommendes Personal. Schönes grosses Zimmer mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Zentrale Lage inmitten von Boston.

Das Zimmer entsprach genau den Erwartungen u hat nicht enttäuscht. Es war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet u das Bett war sehr bequem. Durch die gute Lage ist das Hotel ziemlich zentral zu allen Richtungen in Boston gelegen man kann alles gut auch zu fuss erreichen wenn man möchte. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend u nett.

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut. Sehr geeignet für Jogger. Es hat jeweils einen Joggingplan und Getränke am Empfang. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich.

Nebengeräusche wie Klimageräte und Lift.
