Nite Inn at Universal City  

The office smelled pretty bad and our room was hidden which was pretty creppy ..

Easy to find - literally jumped off our bus and walked across the street to it. Five minute walk to the free shuttle for Universal Studios.

Didn't feel like a very safe area. Rooms were really small and hot and very loud. But can't complain too much as it was cheap for the price. Ok for confident travellers - but wouldn't recommend for young families with kids.

Staff very rude when and if they spoke to us We have been to the US many times this the first hotel we were more than disappointed with, we all hated it, could not wait to get out of there. A suite, hardly Breakfast provided, yes some times that does mean donuts but stale, no. Way Way over priced

Everything else - discourteous staff, stinking room, absence of escalator to carry luggage, poor breakfast, absence of a dining room (should stand and eat in the reception !), absence of cable program in TV, noisy parking lot, unkempt hotel exteriors (not sure whether to call this a hotel).

walking distance to Universal.

The shower on room 102 do not have hot water.

Perfect if the only thing you care about is a lower price than other area motels/hotels right next to Universal Studios

This site is in dire need of a renovation. Holes in the walls, TV's are outdated and clarity of cable service is terrible. The beds so need to be changed to something better quality. I was asked to move my car from a stall inside the lot to the street because they were full and others were coming in later, like I was'nt a paying customer who deserved a parking stall. I'll never stay there again...

It's not valuable to stay at this hotel with the money that I have paid. I have to stand at the TV to turn on and off.

It was close to Universal Studios

It was very run down. It lacked all ammenities. It smelled. Carpet was dirty. Staff was very rude.Lacked customer service. Room did not have a comfortable feel. Lock on door was broken. Lacked towels. Maid service was slow. (Room of 6 only got 3 towels)

Beds were very loud and uncomfortable. Parking was minimal and cramped

The price was good but not good enough for the accomidations.

The beds were horrible, the room was old and ugly I was affriad of catching something. I didn't want to sit on the bed let alone sleep in it.

It was walking distance from Universal Studios

The decor was a little old.

The distance from park traction was great. However.

The beds are very old the springs hurt my back, and the neighbor guest was very loud and did not stop talking loud until 3:30 am.front desk call them 2 times but never follow. At Monday morning I can hear I loud discution between the owners of the hotel they sound angry. But I not able to know why. Because they speak on their own language. I do not recommend this Hotel to nobody is expensive even that is close to Universal Studios next time I rate pay more and be able to sleep.

They said I would get breakfast in the morning I did not get that, the rooms are not luxury at all, they are over priced for how the rooms look. They lady was very nice at night when I checked in but her son in the mornig acted as if I did something wrong he never once said thank you for staying come again, what happened to the breakfast, I was over charged...

Rooms were SMALLno place to hang clothes no table ha! Complimentary breakfast warm orange drink not juice grape drink still in jug room temperture com.toiletres something you give you children to play with free wi-fi we never got it tv remote only worked if you right in front of the set I would not recommend nite inn to anyone!!!!!! They had to charge my credit card three times to get it right still not sure they didn't over charge me

Nothing the service was poor, and the site lied about the room and check out time
