The view from our room was amazing! We woke up every morning to the beautiful mountain view. The bed was very comfortable for my pregnant wife so that was fantastic! The jacuzzi in our room was nice as well. We loved the indoor pool and hot tub and the staff are incredible!
Our initial room had a fly problem due to the time of year, but we were quickly moved to another beautiful room. The furniture was a big outdated, but very clean and comfortable.
Location, country quiet
Condition of roads is horrible. The unit we stayed in was in need of repairs and upkeep. Pool is in need of attendant of some sort (water was cool, some units not functioning.. Bed in unit is in need of replacement.
we enjoyed the spot overall and had a wonderful weekend on the grounds, at the pool and visiting storyland and outlets. The game room and fish pond were bonus delights!
Wish housekeeping had come daily. Also, the 3 night min. made the weekend stay expensive.
The location was nice and the grounds were pretty.
The fireplace was broken. The staff was unwilling to give us a discount since the fireplace was not working at all. There was mildew in the bathroom. The bathroom sink was not working. It was clogged . The vertical blinds did not work properly. There was spider cobwebs in the living room. It smelled Musty . There were dust mites in the bed my husband ended up getting bitten by them. Also there was a lot of noise from the upper level. Roomf 29 to be exact. The whole unit needs a major remodeling cleaning and overhaul very old.
Just like a screenshot from Hot Tub Time Machine. Hasn't been changed since 1986. Kinda retro though so a fun place overall.
This was much more than we expected. The condo/ Townhome is secluded in the middle of the woods with an amazing view of the mountains. A short distance from various ski resorts, MT Washington, North Conway Outlets, Restaurants, Story Land, etc. Perfect for a couple or small family
The fireplace was a bit tricky. We found that we needed to heat the room well above the comfort level in order for the fireplace to engage. The trash receptacles (dumpster) was locked. I was unaware of a having a key. We just left our trash in the unit when we checked out. I understand that this may present a problem for some.
Great facility in the perfect setting. Room and bathroom were spacious and well maintained. I loved the fact that Nordic Village feels more like "home away from home" then a hotel.
Spacious apartment, excellent facilities, great gym and pool, lovely views.
We had a great time sight seeing and at Attitash.
The location was close to everything. The price was superb for a king bed with 2 person jacuzzi, fireplace, kitchen with utensils, glassware and plates, in unit washer and dryer, 2 flat screen and TVs and separate bunk bed for a kids room. Would definitely come again!
The furniture is dated and the rocking chair was broken.
Views from apartment.Really nice apartment
everything, our stay was way too short!
location, location, location! Also - loved the bonfire that we requested!
We didn't know the lay-out of the unit beforehand. The narrow, steep spiral staircase made it impossible for one of our group to go up so it limited the sleeping arrangement options. This should be made clear when making reservations here. Distance to some of the ground facilities is also an issue for people with limitations.
Nothing , 2nd bedroom mattress was lousy . Downstairs bedroom,
We very much like the design of the resort, the amenities offered, and its location. Townhouses are spacious and quiet.
Housekeeping was poor. Our townhouse hadn't been vacuumed, couch pillows thrown about and the heat was full throttle! Front desk staff was un-engaged at both check in and check out. I attempted some conversation and it was met with a short response. Hospitality was poor at this "Resort", and frankly it has gone down hill over the years. The indoor hot tub was warm at best.
cleaniness. I enjoyed the gym and the views. Also the swimming pool.
the pull out couch was uncomfortable. The instructions to the property from the front desk person was hurried and not very welcoming.
location was great,
What It cost to stay there was not the price I agreed to on line. I thought it was going to be $134 per night and I was charged $527 for two nights. If I hadn't traveled so far and it wasn't so late I would not have stayed.
I had stayed at the Nordic Village 4-5 years ago, and just adored the room and of corse the view. The kitchen was great to make dinner and clean up after! Very convenient. Breath taking view.
The room we had this time was VERY dated. The pullout couch felt broken, and rather uncomfortable.
The location Heated pools Not enough pant hangers
No kitchen - although plenty of space Very old - need serious updating Paint peeling from the walls Flushing issues with toilet Bedroom TV did not function 8 remotes to the second TV in large room no wine bottle opener Bathroom had large window with the shade on the TV room side-NEED TO CHANGE THAT FOR PRIVACY!!!
Guess it was good for the money. We just spent 4 days in room e51b. The room had 4 lights out. No Biggy jut over looke. I guess. Awful tv to spend a rainy Saturday watching. Tv prices are way down today. Good money invested for the future.
Tv. Lights out. Bed felt old.
The condo it's self was nice. Clean, and love how Nordic Village has things for the kids to do.
Did not like the view
Size of the condo was great and the ammenities were excellent. The kitchen area needs some updates plus there were utensils missing but we travel with that type of items. Staff were excellent and helpful. Location was outstanding. Overall we give the resort a 9 out of a 10.
The kitchen area needs some updates like a small stove and the cleaning staff should be aware of missing utensils and replace them. I also think the resort could give a better discount for seniors.
jacuzzi tub, fireplace, view, parking, a lot of space,
Channel changer on tv remote would only go one way & volume only went up. No light over shower so hard to see. Glass window between bedroom @ bathroom so bright in bedroom when light was on.
I was disappointed that you did not provide facilities for ice or that there was no breakfast provided. Going to the local store for those supplies was very inconvenient.
Everything as advertised. Had Penthouse was very nice great view of mountains
