Breakfast was way to crowded. Not enough food lots of cereal and 'bread" broken toaster
Just off I-35, located next to a Bikini's Sports Bar.
Only 1 trashcan in the room. The way the rooms are numbered make no sense to me.
I thought for the price, it was a good deal. A full breakfast was included. Also there is easy access to I-35, and I had to get on Hwy 183, and that wasn't too far away. The motel is not right on top of freeway, so I didn't hear freeway in my room.
The neighborhood nearby is not the best, so I didn't feel as safe as I would have liked. Some people staying at the motel seemed shady In addition, the evening I was staying in the motel, some partiers were standing outside their room drinking and very loud. One fellow was screaming at the top of his lungs for a long time. It was after 1:00 am, and I was surprised that the motel allowed it to get that far. Why wasn't the police contacted?
Room are ok.
The Bathroom wasn't clean, We found a razor on the bath, and a roach on the floor.
My bike was stolen while staying there.

The access from hwy to ur location is kinda traffic and hard to turn.. And I don't like the bathroom bec there r cracked on wall in bathroom..

The breakfast was acceptable in the morning.
I was quoted during my reservation $79 for room, and the hotel did not honor that amount. I was charged $89 for room. I had 2 rooms in my room #308 - In the morning when we got up to shower, the knob came loose on the tub, making it very difficult for us to shower and make matters worse the water would not drain. When I checked out I took the entire knob to the manager and I reported these issues to them, of which they really didnt have a care in the world. The small coffe maker didnt work the water blew up everywhere (very dangerous by the way dealing with hot water). The mirror looked like it had blood splatter all over. 2nd room #310 (next door) accompanied by my nepher and is girlfriend - the toilet did not flush it would over flow, the tub had a hole at the bottom where in the morning when they got up to shower, there was a bug that had come thru the hole. Again, this was all reported during check out to the management and staff of which to me didnt feel like they heard me, even when I brought them the knob and screw.

Much older facility. Bathroom needs total redo .... put hand towel on bottom of bathtub to stand on. Wasn't that it wasn't clean just really stained and look extremely bad.

I was in the hotel biz for years so I pay attention. For an old property it is well maintained and it was clean and the staff was friendly.
Not very much. Asked towels and got none had to asked in morning to get them girl behind counter gave them to us Told about light out never got fixed. Husband hurt finger on sharp rod sticking up

Location was pretty good. About 4 quick miles on 35 to downtown. Breakfast was pretty good.
This place does not look like the pictures on the web. It's very old and worn. I was disappointed with our room.
Cocroaches! Filthy bathroom. Definitely the worst hotel I stayed in.
kitchen ran out of food for breakfast, so that was not great and disappointing. Communication with staff was not great either.
The door connected to the room next door had no lock or would even close. A high security risk. The bathroom door had been kicked in and had not been repaired and the front door had no security chain.
I liked the beds and shower.
Nobody cleaned or changed the sheets in the three days we were there. We called several times. The front desk lady with curly hair and tattoos was rude and condescending.
I liked how friendly the gentlemen at the front desk were. They tried to help us remedy a bad situation, but there was nothing they could do.
I didn't like being "booked" at a hotel and receiving email confirmation for the third time just to find out all three times we did not have a room. Apparently the booking sites were selling rooms all day at hotels that ran out of rooms at noon. We never got past the front desk. Very disappointed in the hotel booking websites.
I like the space of the room and the location.
When we arrive, the hotel put us in a room that smells horrible, too moldy ( like they left a wet towel for a long time). It was impossible to stay there. So, we ask to change room. In the other room, the shower was working badly. When we arrived from a tour, our room had no towels, we asked the receptionist and she said that it will be at my room in 20 minutes because the housekeeping was trying to keep up due to the hotel was overbooked. 30 minutes later, the towels didn't arrived and I only could get my towels because I saw a housekeeper, and get some towels. I didn't like the organization and the cleanness of the hotel.
The manager was nice explained the place was booked and bookings .com had not sent my reservation.
You guys..bookings.com did not send my reservation. When I got there the place was full. A bunch of other peiple had the same problem.
Nothing!!!The experience was horrible, the Staff extremely rude, bath tub dirty with hair in tub, area to retrieve ice glad I escorted my friend to get ice" was in a SECLUDED/DARK AREA.Door to room would not/could not close all the way=SAFE ISSUE.Overall felt unsafe, Dirty Hotel for amount of $$$ spent.I would like my money back, but because of Staff Attitude,I knew it would have been a waste to, ask, therefore, I am going to contact the COMFORT OFFICE , to vent my concern/disappoint, and RESULT A FULL REFUND.Idid not leave to find another hotel as I had driven 100 miles, I was rather tieed, in addition, I AM DISABLED, that's a whole new complaint in itself, as I had requested accommodation when I made my reservation, when asked about, the accommodation upon check-in, I ONLY RECEIVED RUDE REMARKS.I WILL NOT RECEIVED THIS HOTEL TO ANY ONE I often stay @ La Quinta when travelling, THIS WAS THE WORD EVER!!!
