What i didn't like was i had to wait into 3:00pm to check in and had to wake up Earley to check out at 11:00am i think people should be able to check in anytime in get a room key and be able to check out late..

Poor plumbing. Old and damaged walls in restroom. Doors full of old rust. had to change rooms because of plumbing & next room wasn't any better.

Convenient location

Floors, walls, windows were filthy. Bathroom fixtures were in disrepair. Pool was closed. Photos on the website were deceptive. Motel was understaffed for busy weekend. Ran out of towels, soap and toilet paper.

Not much

The bloody, old mucus on the bathroom wall near the toilet tissue, the idea of reserving a king bed months before the reservation and given two queen beds, staff not apologizing for this or knowing how to explain anything to me. Inquired about billing the next morning and the staff person looked confused, too young to be on her own and was very non-courteous. Oh lets see what else..the rotting areas around the room, the ten or so ants that appeared out of no where that we killed on the nightstand. Took us ten minutes to find the room since the front desk person said "right and right." Nice directions! We have pics of everything and will NEVER stay at or recommend this hotel to anyone. Do not send us vouchers for a free night. I'd rather sleep in my car then this place. We will be back for Formula 1 in November and the last place I'd stay at is this dump. I'll pay the extra $200 and stay at a better place. So many other hotels around.. now I know better.

I had to complain about the toilet and one of the lights not working twice, the sink not working once, trying to call the front desk was a joke as it always had a busy signal, the continental breakfast had no allergy options (ie - all bread), and I will not stay here again or recommend others to.

Staff was great! Fit my needs and only $20 can ride to 6th street! Perfect

Little dates but still great place!

Close to UT

Leaking toilet, dirty room and then not serviced for our second night stay, very limited breakfast. No apology when we went to office for towels, coffee, for 2nd night stay. Would not use this Quality Inn again. There was nothing "quality" about this place.

The bds were hard, the room was dirty and the bathroom was literally falling apart!

there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. one of the beds was held up by a pile of books. there was no vent in the restroom

Dirty, musty, crumbling, lacking in everything nice about a motel.

Trully Nothing, maybe comfortable parking with lots of space.

Heat/air conditioning unit was unplugged, plugging it in revealed that control knobs were broken making it difficult to operate. "Hot" breakfast consisted of waffles.

Check in time was 3pm, @ 3:45 we finally got 1 of our 2 rooms, left room @ 6pm (no second room yet),came back @ 12 & had to wait 45 minutes to finally get second room. There were fireants in the bathroom. I booked the room online for a rate and when @ qina, they asked for different rate. I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Qina did not act as if this would inconvience anyone but them!!!!! But I paid full price! What if I decided not to check out untill 5pm?????

The location was convenient for us. The bedding was nice.

They lost my reservation and I had to show them the confirmation on my iPhone to get the room. The first room we were in had a dead phone line. We couldn't contact the front desk. The toilet was broken and wouldn't flush. I demanded to be moved to another room and the phone line in that room was also dead. The maids knew these lines were non functional. Everytime we logged on to the wifi we were FORCED to watch an advertisement otherwise the internet service was unavailable. This got old. Both nights we were there, loud and rowdy disturbances outside our door woke us (and other customers) up at 1:00am. The next morning I mentioned it to the front desk, and they didn't care. There was mold in the showers in both rooms. The heater/cooler units would not work properly in either room. I feel ripped off and I will never stay here again.

Nice sized room however not clean. I reserved pool view room with with 2 queen size beds, to accommodate for adults, when I checked in and arrived at my room I couldn't see the pool it was facing a parking lot, and the beds were double on top of that not a single towel in the room.

The entire experience was unpleasant the staff was rude and the place was filthy. I will never stay at a quality inn again because of my experience at this pArticular location. total clip joint!

Maybe the position related to my needs. Some eating places nearby.

Rooms need refurbishing, breakfast over basic and ends at 9am: a bit too early. One day servicing of my room did not take place (but they recover this over my dinner time), no elevator facilities for rooms at first floor (2nd floor for us standards). Hotel was booked under another name and no notification took place of name change: lost sometime to find it under the new name. Taking not account there are many other hotels nearby.

for some reason, housekeeping never cleaned coffee pot, or replaced coffee.

The rooms was clean and comfortable.

I think it was the perfect place to stay for the week while i was there in Austin.

Maybe if the breakfast options were better, you would have more people willing to stay in for Breakfast. other than that, I will stay in a Quality Inn where ever else I go. Thank you.

The room was clean and adequate for my needs (over night stay).

The $50 deposit that I was charged and not told about. The trouble I went through to get a lower floor room that was close to parking. Someone from Housekeeping knocking on my door one hour before checkout. The lack of a map to the facilities. I found, at checkout, that site maps were available. The name had changed to Quality Inn, and I was not notified. I had difficulty locating the facility, since I was looking for it as it's old name.
