Clean, spacious room with good heater. Refrigerator, microwave and TV with many stations. Nice proprietor. Peaceful and easy to access one story building. Good location. Good price.

I can absolutely recommend North Bay Inn to everyone who is looking for a budget-friendly hotel. The rooms are very clean and tidy, so for me this is a big plus! It's not the most fancy place, but what do you expect when you want to keep the budget low? The hotel as more than enough parking space too. A perfect place to stay during your Napa en Sonoma Valley weekend break!

There wasn't really a breakfast, only some plastic-wrapped pastries. But there are a lot of breakfast and lunchrooms around.

It was very clean. The mattress was good. Everything worked. Hairdryer, kleenix, microwave, refrigerator made it a very satisfactory experience. Located in decent neighborhood away from freeway noise.

Some road/street noise. Noise from adjacent bathroom, mostly the shower, was noticeable as well as foot patter. Suggest use of ear plugs if one is really sensitive to noise.

Quiet courtyard motel with no sketchy guests. Clean, comfortable, enormous room. Friendly staff. Quiet nights sleep.

Bed a bit worn out. Very soft on one side, less soft on the other.

It was very clean--newly painted and renovated. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was also large and roomy. The proprietors were very friendly and accommodating.

I would suggest that they provide glasses instead of plastic cups. The plastic cups were used the first night and not replaced by the cleaning staff.

I love staying at the motels of yesteryear along the old highways. They are cuter, the rooms are generally larger and the inn keepers are friendly. The bed was very comfortable.

It had a strong musty smell. Not all old inns have that smell.

Central location for my needs

We showed up later than planned and the night staff was really cool about it. Our kids enjoyed it and thought it was the coolest thing!

I did not care much for the location. For a family of 4 there was only 2 towels. It wasn't much though to go to the front desk. The bed and pillows were very hard but what do you expect for a motel?

Quite close to napa, big room with parking just near the door.

Very thick walls, bad shower head, very poor breakfast, small bed.

Very convenient to Tomato Harvest Festival at Kendall-Jackson, Willi's Wine Bar, 101, Santa Rosa itself. But you do need a car.

Staff was pleasant, prompt, attentive but the rooms are old, towels thin, and carpet is damp. But for the money, ok.

Clean and well kept room. Given a quiet room away from the street. Microwave and refrigerator provided.

The front desk lent me her personal toaster so I could make breakfast for the girls.

Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms are spartan but clean and comfortable. Quiet. Conveniently located near (~60 meters) a restaurant that has a fabulous all-vegetarian buffet. Also near a really cool used record store.

The room was clean and quiet.

Breakfast was included, but there was just coffee, pastries from the fridge and bananas. We went to the cafe recommended by the hotel staff ( and payed it! )
