I liked the view more than anything. It was spectacular
I didn't get a great impression of the front desk worker. The room was carpeted and not too clean.
Views out the back were stunning! Comfortable and clean. Didn't have to ask for extra pillows.
Loud heating/cooling system. Fan was loud.
Great view across the Saco River valley to the Moat Mountains from the deck.
Mattress was on the firm side; fine for me but perhaps not to everyone's liking
Clean room Easy access Convient location for shopping Staff was friendly and helpful We got into town later than expected, I had noted on my booking that it would be close to 11pm. We arrived after 11 but the staff made arrangements on their own to accommodate our late arrival so we had access to the room and our visit started off great.
I absolutely loved the view from our room! I would definitely stay at the Inn again :)
Beautiful view, nice location
Minimal amenities, slightly older and run down. Loud fan attached to bathroom light, and older heating system
The room was cold, when we arrived!
Pillows were uncomfortable
The bed was horrible...took a long time to fall asleep and woke up with a sore back. Other than that the room was clean and had a great view.
The view of the field and of the mountain out the back of the motel
The rooms are non-smoking but evidently there is no sign not to smoke on the deck. During our stay the man next to us sat out on his deck and smoke a cigar. I was looking forward to sitting out and enjoying the view but not with his smoke drifting over.
location & view excellent ,room was very clean
Bed worn and uncomfortable
Great location, close to trails, stores, outlets, and restaurants. Very clean and great view from balcony!
The bed was poor. Soft and uncomfortable along with the pillows. In need of a new mattress.
The view and location were great. Very clean rooms.
Mattress was very uncomfortable, it had a foam egg crate on it and it didn't help at all. I would recommend bringing your own pillows as well, decor was outdated.
No cell phone reception
The location was great the rooms were clean and the view was beautiful
Need to invest in new mattresses and pillows
There was mold in the shower. Ring of dirt around the sink drain. The worst bed I have ever slept in. The owners should try to lay on these beds. They should read the reviews and fix the problems. Had to leave at 5:30 in the morning. There was no outside lights on. We couldn't even see when going down the stairs. We are in our 60'S. Could have fallen down the stairs....
The view from the room was great and the front desk staff was informative. The outside of the inn is inviting.
The interiors need updating. The bed was awful! It had some type of mattress cover that made a noise whenever someone rolled over or moved. If we'd realized the effect it made on our sleep, we would have asked for a room change- tho they seemed booked up.
Location was perfect for what we wanted to do. Balcony was perfect to sit and relax and enjoy the view.
Love the location on main road and the private porch's with the view of the train each afternoon + sunset each evening. Also love to go to Peaches for breakfast just a short drive away. The fall is the best!
Balcony and view.
Squeeky, outdated mattresses. No breakfast facility.
The room decor, balcony, beds, cleanliness,....
Damaged blinds, no hook on back of bathroom door, no "do not disturb" tag for door, no "hook" lock on door, barking dog.
The view and the balcony.
Great view from the balcony
Mattress was very firm
Nice staff, very clean, fair price, good location.
Front desk woman. Uncomfortable mattress.remote to TV did not work.dog on second floor running barking late at night.
