The room was very comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed using the in-room fireplace to heat up the room. Our room had a 32-inch flat-screen TV. Viewing the TV, you had to sit on a single bed. This was uncomfortable as you had to place several pillows behind your back for back support.

We really liked the character of Cranmore Inn and friendliness of its staff. Definately the best Inn we stayed in during our 2weeks holiday in New England. Hope to come back someday.....

very friendly owner and staff. Also the breakfast was nice. We forgot an object lense and they sent it on short notice to the requested address. fire alarm system shall be reviewed as it created a false alarm during the stay.

Very good Staff. Bob was great concierge. Great advice on what to see around in our time-constrained schedule. The breakfast was plenty and very good. Didn't have a chance to use the pool, but it looked nice for a relaxing time.

The Cranmore is such a relaxed B & B. Bob was great. Everything was taken care of immediately. Great location. Quaint but stylish B & B. Breakfast was individually & very well prepared & tasted great. Afternoon drinks & cookies were lovely. The hot tub needs some attention.

There seem to have been a mixup from your people to the hotel. I booked a room for $235 which would've given me a kitchenette living room when I arrived the lady told me there were no reservations form e-mail it was 530 on Saturday in most everything else was booked. She did say there was a room available but it would be cheaper when we went to a the bed and room were not cleaned, so we had to wait outside for 40 min. While they cleaned and set the room. Although it might of been our fault on the breakfast but I think that 9 o'clock is a little early to shut off breakfast even if it is free. All in all left a rough taste on the experience. I found out when we checked out that they received the notification from you at 5 o'clock that evening so I have no idea who's responsible. I have several other bookings with your company and I'm a little nervous at this time about them as well. Thank you

Good location. Curteous owner. The 2 bedroom suite was excellent. Lots of room for the price. Good room for the kids to play Air conditioner for our room was not turned on until we got there. This saved electricity, but the room was very warm for a few hours.

Un service délicat. Les petites attentions qui font toute la différence ... comme par exemple d'apprendre à nous connaître et nous suggérer un restaurant qui correspond parfaitement aux goûts de ma femme et moi. Absolument rien de négatif à dire.

tout, le charme du bâtiment, du jardin, la proximité du centre, les espaces communs, l'accueil lavabo simple dans la salle de bain sans tablette ni plan pour poser sa trousse de toilette alors que la chambre était superbe et refaite à neuf manque de lumière dans les couloirs absence de bureau, chaise, fauteuil

Chambres très belles et propres Localisation idéale Déjeuner seulement de 8-9h. Un peu tôt lorsque l'on est en vacances. Devrait être extentionné au moins jusqu'à 10h.
