There was urine in the toilet when I first went to use it and the shower looked very dirty. it was so cold my friend and I had to share a bed to keep warm while sleeping. There were blood spots on the sheets, ant traps in every corner, and the faucet in the bathroom was rusted and corroded. All fixtures were in working order, though we did not try the air conditioner. It's an old facility, and it shows. Light fixtures have corrosion on the finish, bath tub had DIY repair material around edges, air conditioner looked so old I didn't want to use it, and the light switch by the door turned off EVERYTHING in the room, including the refrigerator.
