I didn't like any thing I will not go back
The bed was comfortable and the remote worked.
No hand soap or shampoo was provided. I had to switch rooms because the first one the carpet was ripped aND the couch was falling apart not to mention there was no Toilet paper or hand soap either. There was some loud noise coming from down stairs all night and all morning. The front desk person called and didn't even know we were in the second room.
The room was clean. The staff was very nice I needed extra pillows they got them for me, I arrived early and they checked me in pretty quick
No ice on property at all, small frig and freezer was frozen solid with ice could not use it at all. They have people who rent there monthly which they were up all night making a lot of noise, I was on ground floor you could hear everything going on above you. I left around 7 the office was still closed think they should open earlier.
The bed sucked and the bathroom door didnt lock and when we checked in we had to get a new room because the heat didnt work
I liked the security, and all other facilities what should have in the house.
I did not found the Hindi / Indian Movie Channel in Menu / T.V ,...that was boring for me..
Carpet nasty, TV old, outdated no remote, curtains falling off hooks. Room smells.
Comfort, friendly professional staff staff
Missing kitchen area pots, skillet, and utensils
Price and location
That I was awoken at at 2 am by others in the hallways and was never able to go back to sleep because the noise went on until 5 am. No one answered at the front desk to complain and no one at the front desk when I checked out at 8:30.
Roaches Hair dryer didn't work We had a kitchen-No dishes Coffee maker-No coffee cups Holes in carpet Furniture dirty We had our 3 yr old who I wouldn't let play on floor.
The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The overall comfort of the room - its layout and convenience. The location (High Point) was great.
It took three tries before I got a "good room" - the first had a broken love seat; the second had a cigarette smoke smell (it was first floor, non-smoking room); the third was just right - clean, nothing broken. Need to turn or replace mattresses - too soft and lumpy. They need to answer their phones at night (8pm).
The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful.
There was a big hole in yhe carpet. They had a box tv. Me and my husband were on our honeymoon, and people came in to clean the air conditioner right when we were going to lunch. The people above us were stomping all night. I paid for two nights but only stayed one night. Ended up going home early.
Everything, just read the title
Nothing, just read the title
Cleanliness, TV's, Kitchen, ammenities, and price was too high for the services.
Very well located
The location was good for me for my work.
No clean bed sheets or towels on a 10 night stay. Bad wifi coverage and noisy at night time. The the fridge was also noisy.
It is close to the market.
There is no housekeeping service. No body change bedsheets and towels. I was there for 8 days nothing was done.
The short distance to the Furn. Market.
Rugs and walls were unclean with obvious dirt on them. Toilet paper roll even had dried feces on it!! Pillows were flat and hard and the blanket was very obviously dirty. Would NEVER stay there again or recommend it!!
Insoportable smoke smell on non-smoking area. Holes on draps. Horrible experience.
The only good thing about this stay is there was a reservation during furniture market. Now we know why!
To only clean a room once per week is unsanitary; when we requested a cleaning during our 4 day stay, we never got it because it isn't done on the weekends either! We had towels piled high from Fri to Mon, but couldn't cancel the reservation without penalty. Worst stay ever, but you can always get clean towels at the desk for a dirty room?!? #Really
we had the first room on the first floor so all night we heard the entry door slamming shut when people came in and out...it was also the location for the smokers to congregate and they were so loud and obnoxious when we were trying to sleep...
The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The location is great. You are close to everything. Cheap!
Out of date room. No kitchen utensils. Have to beg for toilet paper and towels. Dirty rooms and couches are torn and raggedy.
We loved that we got to bring my dog. She's a part of the family and the fees to bring a pet weren't unreasonable!
The only thing we noticed was that the carpet could use updating as it appears that people have spilled things over the years. Also the bath tub was really creaky when my boyfriend took a shower.
No one at front desk No ice in freezer or anywhere else. No facial tissues Amenities non-existent Difficult to find
1. Bedspread old and worn out. 2. Ref. smelled like dead meat and needed defrosted 3 Both chairs had ripped holes in them. 4. 6" hole in floor carpet.
