The location is excellent
poor housekeeping, poor facility, no services. There is no staff to response to your request for services. You have to call a number; however no body answered
Location and convenience
Key cards is not work and needed to be reconfigured everyday
The location is the best thing about this place. Excellent. It was very good to have 2 bathrooms for our 2 BR unit.
One of the showers dripped constantly so that we had to put a towel under it so as not to hear the constant drip drip sound. There were no bath mats. And one of the towels had a stain on it. In the kitchen, there were only 2 cups in an apartment for 4 people. The glasses were not clean. There was a tiny ironing board, but no iron. There was no hair dryer. The Loop is just a block away and the trains make quite a bit of noise. With earplugs, it was not too bad. The bedding was minimal. Each person got just one thin pillow and a thin blanket.
The staff at sp suites was excellent and very helpful when our reservation got mixed up.
The apartment was filthy. Half of the lights didn't work, there was mold in the bathrooms and the sheets were stained. I would not stay here again.
The location was great, right next to Millenium Park. The bed was super comfortable. It was great to have a living room to come home to at the end of the day with plenty of room for my husband and two teens.
It had a bit of a dorm feel to it, but I knew when I booked it that it wasn't a luxury suite. There were loud city noises, but I slept through it all. It was informal with polite people around. I'd book it again.
The location was amazing. I loved having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We would stay there again
Some room darkening drapes would be a nice addition. You can here the 'L' - but I could sleep through it.
location decent price water pressure was great in shower
parking situation was horrible and expensive # of beds not what we ordered
Great location, central for everything.
Poor owner response to dealing with problems, plenty of excuses and no action. No curtains in master bedroom and one blind totally missing, no clean towels, no toilet paper etc etc. Also its very close to the railway so its very noisy also. I do not recommend this apartment.
No hair dryer
Perfect location, nicely renovated and stylish rooms
Air condition was very loud.
We did like that the kitchen was full of plates, cups, mags, etc… very convenient.
We didn’t like that in 4 nights were not changes of towels, just a little amount of shampoo was provided (not conditioner), no soap was provided at all. There was not iron in the apartment so we have to buy a new one. When I asked at the front desk, the person at that moment, lough at me in my face. The air conditioner system was making lots of noises that it was hard to sleep or get a good rest. Bad, very bad experience. I will not recommend it for any one.
I really liked the localization and the kitchen. It was comfortable to go to most of the places on foot.
We arrived earlier and we had to wait for 7 hours in the reception, when I could go to my bedroom I noticed the bedroom was empty and ready to receive us but the receptionist did not tell us. It was an unnecessary tiresome day. The receptionist was impolite and it was not a good first impression.
location, accommodating and helping staff, all facilities are available, but at a rather basic level, rooms are large and convenient
apartments are quite beat up-they desperately need renovation-bathrooms are basic and quite primitive-walls around showers peeling off-kitchenettes are supplied with a smattering of utensils trays and what not-decor needs a professional intervention - TV reception is not hi-def
Location and flexibility of sta f
Need to be more up front about cleaning fee. Ie ... rate + cleaning on rate page. Otherwise great service you offer I will/would use you again
Ac wasnt working.
Spacious apartment - "Studio" in our case meant two bedroom and two bathroom. Location excellent right by Michigan Avenue, very nice "city" feel to it Nice big American fridge - good cooking facilities, funky artwork on the walls and happening feel to the place. High ceilings. Liked the old sculpted wooden ceilings in the lobby.
One of the blinds was missing so that meant you woke up when the sun did. Sheets were cleanish but were somewhat old and stained.
Beds and pillows were comfy, great location and good water pressure in the shower. Can't complain
Blinds didn't close well so the rooms were quite bright at night.
Great location clean and even got a discount on the car park . Thanks
The location was excellent
Our first room did not cater for two couples as requested. It was also right next to the train line which would have been awful. The room was not clean. We pulled the bed covers back to discover sheets were not clean! Got moved to another room, heaps better but still not clean. I believe we had to pay a cleaning fee to stay here and we had to clean the place before we could use it. Washed our bedding including blanket which had white stains all over it (you can take a guess as to what it was but we were disgusted!) we cleaned the kitchen surfaces too with our own cleaning products we went and bought! The place was managed by a different outfit, so we never had anyone from Milennium apartments to complain to or get our money back and find cleaner accommodation. I would not go back there to be honest unless they did something dramatic in way of having apartment up to a reasonable standard of cleanliness. I'd like my cleaning money refunded to be honest, but like that would happen.
at the center of City center, walking distant to everything
no room service, no Wi-Fi
Really good location
The 2 bedroom apartment was a great space. Two full bedrooms and bathrooms and a sitting area and small kitchen. It was perfect for me, my babysitter and my infant daughter.
The common areas were kind of run down. It also seems more like a college dorm atmosphere. If you are looking for a corporate apartment, this is not the place. The room was quiet but was not a corporate atmosphere.
Location and room size
We made a request for twin beds in one room, this was ignored, and one of our group had to sleep on a Z-bed in the kitchen area, the rooms were not very clean and the toilet flushes were poor, one kept getting blocked and the other was broken, which meant we had to remove the top of the cistern to manually flush the toilet, we had to pay $120 for cleaning yet we never had a visit from a cleaner. All in all very disappointing.
