We chose this location because it was close to family, then noticed the train go by. We turned the room heater on & slept all night. We didn't hear outside noises that we expected. Breakfast was good & hot. Coffee was fresh.
Love the people! The staff was so nice to us and accommodated our needs with a smile.
swimming pool, size of room, polite staff, cleanliness
small entrance from street to the parking/hotel; small breakfast room, not enough tables, broken toaster in the kitchen; staff forgot to wake up us in the morning for breakfast; not enough light in the room(specifically on the table)
I like that the pool is open 24 hours
I did not like the breakfast there is lots of variety
Swimming pool was open 24hrs
1st floor is actually a basement and they have the worst continental breakfast I ever seen. The inn itself was not very clean and the beds were very uncomfortable.
beds were good over all clean evening cookies good breakfast good location good staff friendly
ants in bathroom cold hot tub...told them...but not fixed next night and this is one on the reasons we picked this motel sauna not working breakfast good but water to make tea was only warm..not hot and no mirco wave to reheat it...so didn't have my morning tea...
Although it was a no smoking hotel it had the smell of cigarette
My frugal friends were pleasantly surprised.
We had loud neighbors that didn't care how much noise the made and kept us up most of the night. We complained the next morning but the person working there didn't really care and acted like it.
Marguerite was very nice and competent. She did a good job.
My party showed up tired and looking not great...the staff treated us like we were their only guest even though our appearance was not good :)
need muffins or bagels for the breakfast...and there were no lids that fit the coffee cups, we looked in the cabinets and could not find any...this is important as it was only 26 degrees out
They took AAA and I received a discount.
We could hear the people above us walking around.
The service was great. Offered to check the AAA rate to see if it lowered my room rate. It was higher than our Booking.com rate. I am impressed. Best rate, top notch accommodations, whats not to like?
Very pleasant atmosphere, comfortable lobby and great staff. Thank you.
I only wish we could have had one bed with a firm mattress, because one member of our party has a painful back. For the rest of us, the accomidations were very comfortable.
The cleanliness of the room and location in town was nice. It is located in the newer part of Wenatchee right when you enter over the bridge which as updated restaurants and hotels.
We could hear the other guests in their rooms talking as we walked down the hall which means you gotta be quiet if it is a romantic weekend. My husband said the bed was not comfortable but I thought it was fine. Squeaky...but fine. lol
Noise from constant ringing phones, ice machine and hallway. Sink was clogged, only one light worked and the chair in living area looked filthy!
Staff were so helpful and friendly. Room was very comfortable. Had a very nice breakfast included. Really enjoyed my stay. I will stay there again if I'm in Wenatchee.
Place being quite
People taken care of hotel friendly
Building needs upgrading. In poor condition. Did not know it was pet friendly. Noisy housekeeping staff. Rooms had smoke order.
It was "ok"
It was bear up with deferred maintenance In our room , crooked dresser drawer , missing overhead light bulb , broken drain plug chain ... All little things but a sign of not caring Silly arrangement of table in front of hvac making for poor air flow Story and a half walk up. No elevator Personnel nice but .
We drove from Seattle only to be given a key, and we walked in on an unclean room with unmade beds and therefore we waited an extra hour for cleaning staff to show and do there job. Totally Unprofessional.
Clean Good Mexican restaurant across parking lot A Starbucks that opened at 4:30 nearby so I could have a triple grande before hitting the road
Had requested a room where I could keep an eye on my motorbike (I sleep more peacefully ....) Was given a room on back of hotel with no view Woken up at midnight by late arriving guests across hall Check in staff not very friendly or helpful
Railroad noise! I was very disappointed in their breakfast options. Almost everything was carbohydrate based.
I made the reservation through booking.com, paid for, and was then later contacted while driving to the hotel by the hotel desk agent that the room was no longer available. I found this very odd as I had already paid for the room. The hotel desk person said there was an error and the room was no longer available however he told me that in 30 minutes there maybe two rooms available and that he would call me back. As I continue to drive towards the hotel about 40 minutes later I was again called and told by the hotel agent that the room was available and that I was good to stay at their hotel. That lasted for about five minutes when I was again called and said that there was an error again and the room was no longer available. The situation was a complete run around and completely interrupted my plans for the evening as I would not have headed towards Wenatchee Washington if I had not have a hotel room. When I arrived in Wenatchee at 12 AM midnight I could not locate another hotel room and was forced to sleep in my car. This is the first time that I've ever used booking.com or attempted to stay at a la Quinta and I'm not satisfied with the level of service I have received an inconvenience that it put me through that evening. At this time I would like to know what happened why I was able to pay for room and was contacted by the hotel saying this was an error. Jeremy wise firstname.lastname@example.org I feel I'm at least owed a room for the night. I have copied and included all my booking information below.
