The staff are very friendly and helpful. Luggage can be stored until well after checkout. The 7th/Metro Centre subway station is only a block away with quick access to Union station and Hollywood. The hotel's bar has a top-notch bar tender. No view (to be expected in Downtown LA). Toilet paper was cheap and thin.

The convenience to the la Convention Center and la Live, continental breakfast and room service availability plus a nice lounge. A bit of the noise from the bar permeates the rooms at night and my view was the next door building's windows.

Reminded me of the SoHo Grand in New York. Nicely decorated, very clean with a modern flair. Staff is extremely nice and when you walk in you just know your going to be staying at a cool place. I will definately rebook the O hotel when I'm in Los Angeles and recommend it to everyone.

Room price based on size/need. The bar was terrific, the staff was friendly and helpful. No outlets close near the desk (closest was on the wall opposite) and no outlet to plug the coffee maker into anywhere near to where the coffee maker was.

the staff was excellent. very friendly and helpful. especially the front desk staff. the rooms were very comfortable. the location was unbeatable as we were attending a show at the staples center. being able to walk there and to grand hope park and many restaurants was terrific. the restaurant and bar in the hotel were also topnotch. we could hear the music from the bar in our room until almost 2 am. we wanted quiet before that.

I liked that the hotel was in walking distance from the staple center, the hotel was modern and very elegant in the lobby/ bar area. At first I didn't mind that the hotel room was smaller than average, however you could hear everyone who was in the hall way including the people in the next room. I was woken up at 3:45 A.m by people who were walking down the halls. :( I thought the price of the hotel was fair when I originally booked the room online, however when I checked out they not only charged me sales tax (in which was expected) but they charged me $19 for using the internet and 2 bottles of water in which I never used or requested. And an extra $12 for parking, when I could've paid $3 across the street! The hotel was definitely a nice place, but I will never stay there again!!!

A very good location, near the Staples Center and walking distance to most downtown attractions. My friend and I had booked a two twin bed room and upon our arrival they had given our room away and offered a one bed plus a roll out. They promised to have our room ready by 3 pm next day. Next day after checking out the city we came back to the hotel at 4pm and the room wasn't "ready". At this point I was frustrated and they once again promised to have the room ready by 10 pm. After dinner and visiting friends we came back to the hotel with our room now available. The hotel desk staff were very nice but seamed disorganized. They waived my 3 day "room service charge" which amounted to $36. The hotel also was short on cleaning staff for the rooms. We would wake up early in the morning, leave for the day, come back in the evening and the room wasn't cleaned. I would not stay at this hotel again.

I was in LA for a specific event--the Mark and Brian Christmas Show, which was held at the Nokia Theatre. My main concern for choosing a hotel was to be within walking distance to the Nokia. Of course, O Hotel was a perfect location. Much to my surprise, I was astounded by the bar/kitchen. I spent some time chatting with Adam, your mixologist, and had such a good time. I also enjoyed the food there. The room was small, but efficient, considering I was there for just overnight. All of the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you so much! I will book at O Hotel again. At 53 years old, the "uber-hipness" of the hotel was not my style. The staff more than made up for that small consideration.

I liked that it was a boutique and it had a nice ambiance for a drink in the evening when we returned. I liked there was a refridgerator I didn't like the lack of lighting in the room and I didn't like the fact there was no door on the shower

The bed was extremely comfortable. The location was good. Depending on where you were going in LA, you could get by without a car staying here since the Metro is so close. The room was a bit dark. The wireless connection was somewhat unreliable.

A very warm welcome, stunning lobby, comfortable room, funky restaurant with a charming manager/ somelier?? Perfect location to explore the city, close to so many fine restaurants The use if polystyrine cups in the rooms and at breakfast. They provide glass drinking glasses in the rooms so why not ceramic cups and the continental breakfast is in the restaurant which has a dish washer and their fresh orange juice and delicious coffee would taste so much better knowing that there will not be another hundred unrecyclable cups in the garbage each day. THis is of course just to help them come closer to perfection. Had a wonderful stay....

The staff was very nice and the location convenient. The only thing I really didn't like was the bathroom sink as the style prevents it from draining well, and the the shower gets water all over the bathroom, but it dries up pretty easily.
