O Hotel  

La ubicacion es buena y el personal del hotel es muy disponible las camas muy buenas

Las habitaciones no son las de las fotos, son muy pequeñas . un poquito viejas. El desajiuno fatal, muy escaso y todos todos todos los dias egual, la limpieza de las habitaciones es un poquito escasa, el precio de la habitacion es muy caro per lo que te ofrece

Su ubicacion, y diseño y confort

Los baños, se sale toda el agua del area de la regadera y la primera noche no hicieron la limpieza al cuarto, llegamos muy tarde y muy cansados y ya no pedi q la lmpiaran , al sig dia lo reporte a recepcion.

Hotel moderno, nos recibió un chico que hablaba español que fue muy amable, el resto de personal no tanto aunque todos muy correctos.

Había ruido de un motor, el baño era pequeño e incomodo, el armario también muy pequeño y sin puerta, desayuno escaso y siempre igual, se echaba de menos el chocolate y la mantequilla.

Lo unico bueno que tiene es la hubicacion

La relacion precio comodidad no tiene nada que ver, aparte que te conbran 250 dolares solo por deposito, la habitacion no es muy comoda pero excelentemente hubicado a solo 2 cuadras del staple center

The bed was extremely comfortable. The location was good. Depending on where you were going in LA, you could get by without a car staying here since the Metro is so close.

The room was a bit dark. The wireless connection was somewhat unreliable.

The helpful and friendly nature of the staff from the font desk to the restaurant staff. The bartender in particular was personable and informative.The complimentary breakfast was good and the coffee was very good. The food the evening before was excellent.

Would love a better city view!

Refrigirator didn't work. Breakfast could be better.

the staff was excellent. very friendly and helpful. especially the front desk staff. the rooms were very comfortable. the location was unbeatable as we were attending a show at the staples center. being able to walk there and to grand hope park and many restaurants was terrific. the restaurant and bar in the hotel were also topnotch.

we could hear the music from the bar in our room until almost 2 am. we wanted quiet before that.

Night staff was not terribly friendly upon check-in - took a long time to greet

A very good location, near the Staples Center and walking distance to most downtown attractions.

My friend and I had booked a two twin bed room and upon our arrival they had given our room away and offered a one bed plus a roll out. They promised to have our room ready by 3 pm next day. Next day after checking out the city we came back to the hotel at 4pm and the room wasn't "ready". At this point I was frustrated and they once again promised to have the room ready by 10 pm. After dinner and visiting friends we came back to the hotel with our room now available. The hotel desk staff were very nice but seamed disorganized. They waived my 3 day "room service charge" which amounted to $36. The hotel also was short on cleaning staff for the rooms. We would wake up early in the morning, leave for the day, come back in the evening and the room wasn't cleaned. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Great Design in Lobby and rooms.

Breakfast was poor and not to standard. Terrible orange juice.

I was in LA for a specific event--the Mark and Brian Christmas Show, which was held at the Nokia Theatre. My main concern for choosing a hotel was to be within walking distance to the Nokia. Of course, O Hotel was a perfect location. Much to my surprise, I was astounded by the bar/kitchen. I spent some time chatting with Adam, your mixologist, and had such a good time. I also enjoyed the food there. The room was small, but efficient, considering I was there for just overnight. All of the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you so much! I will book at O Hotel again.

At 53 years old, the "uber-hipness" of the hotel was not my style. The staff more than made up for that small consideration.
