very convenient location. Some noise in the morning from trucks, but I was warned about it by staff and I did not mind I am from a big city and expect noise. |

I loved the look and the area. Lighting was great. It's important to have the right light to set the right mood. I can't wait to stay another night. Planning a once a month stay. It was that nice. |

I really liked the location, easy to access the subway and when we used our car, easy access to main routes. Idid not realize that there was a continental breakfast-nice surprise. The room was a little dark. |

Excellent location, if You are planning to visit Spales Center during your visit It was a little bit hard to find the place, not so good signing. Continental breakfast was not so good, too little variety |

Nice area, good facilities, good cleaning staff - decent price considered. Some of the concierge did not know enough about transport facilities and relied too heavily on inaccurate google info. Too ready to call for a $40 cab when a $1.25 bus would have done. Some of our fellow guests were rather noisy at 3am still. |

The bed was very comfortable. The room design was very good. The Stark fixtures were a pleasant surprise. The receptionist was a little down-dressed, and a bit too casual. I think the style of the hotel comes first, and it should be carried forth into all areas, including the employees. |

I enjoyed the casual food options; wine; comfortable bed; safety of hotel; amenities; promiximity to business downtown; couteous staff. I would have loved a bathtub and the shower head was ackward. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was decorated really well and the bar/restaurant served good food and had a great atmosphere and decor. some great restaurants/bars/LA live in the vacinity. parking lot was right next door $10 a night. i would definitely recommend staying here, as in LA everything is so spread out no matter where you stay you'll need a car to get around and from here you can get on the freeway in 2 minutes....would suggest GPS if you are driving in LA!!! |

the bartender was pleasant the commercial radio in the lounge (which you could hear throughout the lobby), the rooms were tiny for the rate, and the elevator was not only uncomfortably warm, but the red lights mad you feel like you were a hot dog under a warming lamp |

The staff were excellent, they were friendly and approachable and had some great suggestions for what we should do. In addition the housekeeping staff were also excellent, the rooms were cleaned well and organised. |
