Oak Plantation Resort  

Location is convenient. Resort has a lot of good qualities and immenities.

Upon check in there were not enough towels for the two people that were booked on the reservation and no bath mat. The bed sheets were too small for the king size mattress and kept coming off the bed. When we asked to have them changed they put the exact same size sheets on the bed. The safe did not work. The dresser in the bedroom looked like it came out of a flood. When you opened the top drawer all three drawers would fall out. The sofa was old and very uncomfortable. This was not one of their better units and needles to say we were very disappointed with our room and communicatede this to the staff during check out. They were friendly and seemed to take our comments seriously

The villa 1110 , at the entrance door frame very dirty and the corner of the windows.

Rooms were not clean. Bugs on the counters and dirty bathroom. No matress pads on beds so the ripped sheets would come off. Kids were crying because of the spider webs and bugs when we arrived in the room. We called ahead for a rollaway and didn't get one all week. I went and bought lysol to clean the shower myself.

Me ha gustado la casa: su distribución, (que tenga lavadora , secadora, frega plato), el entorno por la naturaleza, la independencia que se tiene, la amabilidad de los empleados, la atención. Recomendaré a mis amigos y familiares oak plantation resort

Pero me hubiese gustado que hubiese wifi en la casa.

A localização é boa, é bem cuidado e com boas acomodações.

Penso que ainda falta funcionário que fale o português, uma vez que está comprovado que o brasileiro tem sido campeão em visita e compra nos eua. Penso que o cliente tem que ser bem atendido; não é ele que tem que saber falar fluentemente o inglês, mas é o estabelecimento que tem que se preparar para receber os turistas.

Ya estuve con mi esposa el año pasado y nos encanto, este año volvimos a hospedarnos.

La atencion del personal, nunca me trajeron las toallas que pedimos.

Buena ubicacion y buen precio. La habitacion es normal aunque con equipamiento viejo , pero esta limpia y en general bien mantenida.

Es una instalacion un poco vieja. Tv no son pantalla plana, etc

I personally did.not enjoy my stay at the oak resorts, I felt that the room was dirty, muggy smell, and didn't have enough kitchen equipment. I thought the housekeeping was very poor, and the amenities were very minimal. Pool area was.ok, never had enough pool towels, and if they did, you had to go to te office, but rarely had any. The maintaining of the property was very minimal, there was ant piles all overflow the property, very buggy, and not kept up. The only thing I enjoyed, was watching the peacocks walking around freely. I don't think I would ever go back there again, sorry for the bad review.

Accommodation was very "tired". Suite was not fresh but was adequate for a place to sleep!
