A group of 4 of us stayed here for just one night after landing at Vegas as we wanted to save the craziness of vegas until the end of our holiday. The motel was nice, basic but clean. Great for the price we paid. There were a couple of restaurants close by, a 7/11 and the motel has a bar which again is basic but nice enough. I wouldstay here again if I was in the area.
It was a short walk to all that Boulder city has to offer
Location was good and the room was a decent size, with hardwood flooring, plenty ad drawer space and a walk in closet.
The bathroom was a bit on the small side., there is no fan in the bathroom but a window u can open .The bathtub had some draining issues and the only outlet in the bathroom wouldn't work .These rooms come with swamp coolers and wall heaters, the remote to the t.v had no batteries and parking spaces are very limited.
Drunk customers arguing late at night
Just what we need, clean, quiet and cute place. We always stay here after a long drive from NM, found this place is perfect for staying one night to recharge and heading to Vegas next day.
Bathroom is decent but only shower and it remind me I my own shower at home. It serve it's purpose.
The king sized bed was comfortable. The café across the street had an excellent breakfast.
Very small. Would have been satisfied for a one night stay if it had not been advertised as 3 star. There was not much disruption of room Also no hair dryer. Most 2 star rooms at least have hair dryers.
In the centre of the little town, with the great Southwestern diner just on front (great for lunch, dinner and breakfast) Friendly manager
Noisy air conditioning
Room was spacious and bed comfortable. Small refrigerator and microwwave in room.
Noisy airconditioner was running when I arrived and it ran the whole time I was there. By 11:00 PM the room was still 83 degrees. overnight it cooled somewhat and was 76 degrees by 6:00 AM. Few amenities; i.e., no hair dryer in bathroom
good location with adequate facilities
Nice location with a lot to do around it. Close to the Hoover Dam and tantalizingly close to Las Vegas!
noisy, inadequate air conditioning, few toiletries, meager towels, indifferent staff.
The owners and staff were very helpful and friendly. It is located in the center of historical downtown. There are a large number of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.
Great Location, you can walk everywhere.
Bathroom and floors were clean but should be washed.
good size room location was good mini refrigerator
bathroom did not have sink space bed was not great, sides broke down so ended up on the edge but it was not terrible. no trailer parking, but did not need it this time.
Justin and Dabby were really helpful, and went out of their way to accommodate us at very odd (non office) hours. We arrived tired and exhausted at 6 am in the morning and the office was supposed to open up at 9 am. I called them up and they not only sent someone to check us in quickly, but also extended our check out times. Very polite and pleasant, such orientation towards customers is unheard of felt like a personal gesture. Highly recommend if you are near the area.
The staff were very accommodating and nice. I work for a hotel and this room was very clean! Pulled apart bed and it was great!
At times it was loud due the street and bar area and the air conditioner did not cool off the room exceptionally.
Good location for Las Vegas or Hoover Dam
Nothing to note
The defrosted fridge full of old water, the lights that were not plugged in, the condoms from previous guest on the floor, and the front desk employee that said she would be around in the morning to "make it right" for me and no one was at the front desk-the door was locked- in the morning from 7am until I left at 10am.
Gabby-receptionist was awesome!!!! Staff very helpful. Room kinda small but adequate for a place to sleep only.
Got 2 queen instead of king. Bar part of property-noisy and loud.Very small parking area.
Good location with Diner across road.
Bad TV reception, old noisy aircon , old bathroom, and fittings dusty vinyl floor
I like the way the room was laid out. Very large closet. Extra floor space so we didn't feel cramped.
The motel has a bar by the front office. There were lots of noisy motorcycles revving up while we tried to sleep.
This motel completely met our needs, it was pet friendly and convenient. The little restaurant across the street was great, good food and service. If we are near there again we would not hesitate to stay here.
Room was vey crisp and clean, and the staff were great.
Somewhat noisy, and no coffee pot in the room.
Clean, bed was comfortable, the room was a good size. The decor was nice.
There was no hot water in the sink, there was hot water in shower after running it for a bit, there were no hangers in the very large closet.
Location was perfect for things to do in Boulder City. Staff was very acomodating, and the bar at the motel was fun.Great restaurant just across the street.
This is not a " boutique" motel. It is an older property in need of some upgrades in furnishings." Basic , not boutique" would be a better description.
