The only thing we liked was the view and people watching. The bathtub was dirty as well as the toilet. No coffee for the coffee pot which was dirty as well. No towels in the room, and who knows if the beds were clean.

I was able to get a reasonably-priced family room in SF for the New Year holiday, with free, gated parking. Unlike some other comments, our room was clean and given that it was New Year's Eve, reasonably quiet. My wife thought the bed was uncomfortable, but I had no problem with it. There was no Do Not Disturb sign to hang, so a cleaning person knocked on the door earlier than we would have liked on the morning of New Year's Day.

I can't really think of anything we liked about our stay at that joke of a motel. The scum of San Fran yelling at the place from across the street. The room next to ours was making racket all night until the early hours of the morning. The fact that I called down to the front desk to complain about the disturbance and nothing was done.

I was able to walk to a lot of nearby attractions and the parking was free! The staff was also very nice and helpful - they allowed me to checkin much earlier than normal. The bed was very uncomfortable but other than that, it was fine.

Cool place to stay at but if you're on a budget go ahead. Cool location but my only concern with the place is that the blankets had stains on them from previous guests. Which were very disgusting. It looked like dried blood on some parts and white spots on other parts of the blankets.

I chose this for the location,as it was 3 blocks away from family apt. Surprised to not find any a/c or window fan. Very hot for Sf.Still overall was find. Very nice check out clerk.Appreciated the inner courtyard feeling. Also chosen for the parking on site. Lack of any ventilation in room. No screen on window. Hard bed, but better than too soft.

1. Hotel is located close (25 Min walk ) to San Francisco Downtown. 2. It;s budget hotel price. Excellent for people who have budget constraints and are willing to move around the city for food and other stuff. Beds are not very comfortable and I wont recommend for people who have back problems.

For location, general cleanliness, and price, it is hard to find a comparable hotel in San Francisco. Considering that it is not a luxury property by any means, I was pleasantly surprised to find what a nice and helpful front desk staff that they provide. Since I travel up to SF several times a year, I hope that Oasis stays in business for a long time. A minor point but I wish that they proved a few more cabel channels.

That it was close to the Asian Art Museum...which was the point as I wanted to see an exhibit there... It felt like I was a person who needed to asume a new identity, was hidden by the cia or something...was rather creepy..there was no Identity of the hotel anywhere, whatsoever, no phone book, no clock, no written 'key' for phones use,no guide for tv, no soap...Though I did find the staff sweet and trying to be helpful...would I ever stay there again...? No. I would not.

First i've booked a king-size bed and we've got a queen-size, whyever. Then our room was very very small, no place for nothing. The view outside the window was miserable, at least light come in... The room was near the elevator, so we've heard all the people they came up or going down all night long and in the morning, and they weren't really quiet. For that price we've awaited something better. In planet hollywood in las vegas we had for less money a room like a kingdom! It felt like "oh let's build another room in the broom closet." And for parking another 30 dollars.
