Room had not been cleaned. There were 3 cigarette butts and ashes sitting in the ashtray of my non smoking room. Also empty cigarette packet laying around and other rubbish in the bins. This hotel is actually in Tenderloin, very scary, and I am told by others, dangerous, area. It is scary to walk through Tenderloin district even during the daytime. |

the size of the room and easy access to everywhere noise, rooms are facing busy streets so I had problems sleeping at night |

I was already familiar with the Oasis; I have been staying there for 35 years. Despite change in management, the staff is perennially friendly and helpful. Parking is secure and free. Convenient and central location with ready access to public transportation and freeway access. |

All staff were helpfull and friendly, clean comfortable roomsof a reasonable size. Had hair dryer, coffee maker, ironing board and iron, T.V. with free channels. At a very good price. Location, although we could not walk to any attractions there was two good bus services running very close and the taxis were not too difficult to find. |

Yes the hotel is very affordable, in close distance to many SF attractions, room was clean and comfortable, can't beat the price and free parking in the city. Not that I didn't like it, but room is bear necessities, in a busy area of the city (cars on the street at all times of the day and night), and near the "drug" area of the city. |
