Room smelled musty Long overdue for an update Hotels & Motels live and die on the comfort of the bed. The mattress was old, creaky and void of all comfort. Old comforter. Air conditioner vent IN THE SHOWER! Brrrrrrr.

Relaxed atmosphere. Couldn't get any closer to the beach. We very much enjoyed our brief 2 night stay.

The location of the motel to the beach. The interior decor very pleasing and clean. Very good value for money.

The surf sounds at night, the beautiful beach. The staff was wonderful, the other guests friendly, many come back every year. I will be back there next year! Restaurants, stores, and parks are all nearby.

What's not to like!

great old-florida feel, steps to a great beach, ocean view from room, spacious rooms, wonderful hosts, great location near everything

a bit funky...roof leaked in one corner of the living room--not a big deal for me, but it should have been repaired and had not been for some time

The incredible oceanfront location, the Sunrises, the charming and helpful staff, the plain and ordinary but well-kept exteriors which opened to bright, clean, and charmingly decorated apartment interiors. Appetizing and reasonable breakfasts available in restaurant across the highway. Absolutely on my list to come back to !!!

the bed was awful the head was lower than the foot of the bed and it made horrible noise when you moved. it was not the headboard or frame, it was the mattress. awful

Was exactly what we expected.. internet description of our rooms was accurate. I was so pleased that the establishment was locally owned. I had remembered the buildings, since I have family in that area and have been visiting the area for a number of years. Staff was friendly and accomodating.. Really appreciated that I met the owner and was personally taken to our rooms. I could walk out into the court yard and in just a few yards, I could walk onto the beach by a very nice walkway.. Comfortable chairs and lounges were provided just at the edge of the court yard where one could sit or lounge overlooking the ocean when not walking, swimming or sun bathing on the beach. Occupants in our surrounding rooms were quiet and mannerly. Easy sleeping in such a pleasant atmosphere. Having a kitchen was fantastic... a choice of preparing our own meals was a bonus.

My only regret was that my stay was so short....

Wonderful family of hosts. Few yards from ocean. Delightful breakfast/lunch diner across street. Very comfy sitting room, kitchen, bedroom, bath. Highly recommend.

The place was a diamond in the rough! Very peaceful and relaxing. Great view. Easy walk to the beach

Waking up to the ocean; the quaint, quiet atmosphere; privacy; "homey" air of the efficiency. Krystyna was the most delightful "innkeeper" - a person I would have enjoyed visiting with on a one-on-one basis. Very accommodating!

Walking out your door to view and access the Atlantic Ocean without stairs or elevators in between. Home atmosphrere. Laid back and friendly.

I liked everything about this hotel. The proprietors of the hotel are lovely people. We had a dining room with all the kitchen facilities to prepare meal and a bedroom. The rooms are very cosy and comfortable. Besides in a five minute walk from the hotel there is a Landry, fitness center, all the necessary shops. We especially enjoyed having our breakfast and lunch in bakery and cafe Panita that is just across the street. In the evening it was so romantic to gaze the ocean as the hotel is situated just on the ocean coast just a few meters away. I recommend this hotel to everybody who is still full of romance.

Large rooms, and very clean. Well appointed kitchen with stove, frig, microwave. A short walk put us on the beach.

The room was closest to the main road and therefore we could not hear the sea. The owners do not let you open the windows. The shower was very dated, and slow to drain. The mattress sloped to the middle.
