Very close to beach, wharf and boardwalk. Very friendly front desk person.

Room not cleaned until very late each day. We had already gone out for the day and returned and room not cleaned until 4:00 pm each day.

We stated at sweet room for three people. Enough space and cheap price!

we enjoyed our entire stay except for the reception staff. the cleaning ladies were very friendly and made us feel more welcome then reception. Loved the pool and jaccuzzi we had in our room.

Reception staff was less than helpful, never got even one smile in 2 days from 2 different people. I would had enjoyed some fruit or something not from a plastic bag for breakfast.

The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. They went beyond their regular duties to accommodate our requests.

We liked the comfort of the room and the beds were great - slept very well The spa was outstanding - so relaxing and peaceful.. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The carpets were quite dirty but other than that everything was spotless.

Location was excellent only 3 blocks from the beach and boardwalk. The rooms were very nice and the bed was so comfortable. Definitely would stay there again.

The hotel is in walking distance from the beach and boardwalk and downtown Santa Cruz. The double king room where we stayed was very roomy and clean. Actually, the room was like a suite of two rooms (with one bed in each room) sharing a single bath. The staff was friendly. The continental breakfast had more variety than most other hotels in its class. The choices even included fresh Belgium Waffles!

The hotel has a pool. However, it didn't seem like the pool was heated. If it was, it wasn't heated much.

It was centrally located...close to the boardwalk and close to downtown. We also liked the continental breakfast.

I booked a week stay for my son, his wife and their 2 kids from NY. I am very happy I chose Ocean Pacific Lodge, Their stay was very nice and all was well.Thank You !

I liked that we got a room with two king beds and had a separate room so the kids could sleep better. Free Wifi is always appreciated, especially with teens. Continental breakfast was awesome and staff kept it very clean.

I did see a hair by the head of the bed by the bottom of the mattress. (I always check thoroughly).

Location is great! The breakfast was also great for a family of four.

I didn't like all the ash trays in the walkway by the rooms. I think you should change your policy and make an area in the parking lot for smoking.

Modern, clean budget style hotel, with warm pool, wi-fi and parking. Reasonabe location a short walk from the pier.

Very good location! You can walk to the Wharf or to the Boardwalk. I also liked the gently heated pool and the spa.

An easy walk to Starbuck's, and to lots of shops, restaurants in this groovy coastal town. Very close to the beach. Has a Trader Joe's in the shopping area for groceries. Very convenient. Also had a decent sized refrigerator (for a motel room) if we had stayed longer.

Our room was apparently near the motor for the outdoor jacuzzi, and when it went on (morning) it was quite distracting. Also the parking spaces were small so larger cars/SUVs often took up more than one space.

It was easy to find. Close to beach, park, downtown.

Loud people at the pool until after 10. Also the front desk clerk said he'd email my receipt and I haven't received it yet!
