The only thing I liked about this hotel is that it was on the beach. This hotel is outdated, dirty, too many hidden fees whether you used the service like the safe or not, bathroom ceiling was about to come loose from the shower spraying at the ceiling, they do not have transportation to/from sea ports or airport but they can arrange it for you for an extra charge. I will not stay there again or recommend it to anyone. |

The Poolside and beach were really nice and clean. The hotel was in a cental location, but there is not too much in walking distance. The hotel was clean for the most part, but it needs to be touched up some. Also we didn't have anywere to go at night with out catching a taxi or bus. |

The pool Room service food was expensive and it was bought in cheep paper plates and plastic flatware. No self parking available although mentioned in the brochure. Was forced to use valley parking for $8/day. |

Lo que mas me ha gustado es la ubicacion ya que es un hotel que tiene salida directa a la playa. También es muy buena la atención del personal. Las habitaciones son muy confortables y todas tienen vista al mar. |

Bediening/personeel was behulpzaam, wel erg zakelijk, je kon merken dat men het deed zoals het hoorde, ook niet meer dan dat. De service tijdens het ontbijt was minimaal, dhr. wie het moest doen snapte het niet en kon maar mondjesmaat engels. Hij kwam dus ook met het verkeerde aan. Prijs/kwaliteit was niet helemaal in overeenstemming. |

Het hotel personeel was erg aardig, de kamer werd netjes opgeruimd, kortom een hotel wat goed kan dienen als uitvalbasis naar verschillende zakentrips, cq uitjes tijdens een rondreis door bepaalde gebieden. Erg jammer was `t dat we op de begane grond zaten, dan zit je eigenlijk op de parkeerplaats. Ook de ontbijtruimte is niet overbemeten, maar in de buurt genoeg keuze. |
