I booked a deluxe rooom which was anything but. The staff were not friendly when i raised this issue with both booking.com and the hotel, but to no avail. The description on this web page did not match the room. To get a deluxe room i had to pay a $20 supplement...not happy and would not recommend this hotel. Continental breakfast consisted of juice a coffee and a pastry and to get a real breakfast it was $8 per person. Overalll a superb location and a poor hotel with poor service. The staff when i booked in were not friendly and the room did not match the description on the web page. |

1. Had to change rooms after 1st night due to horrible mattresses. 2. 2nd room was bigger and mattresses were in better condition....except they were infested with bed bugs. My child has bites all over her exposed body, including face from bed bugs....confirmed by Dr. yesterday. 3. Hotel is not in the better part of town. We were warned not to be out on the street after dark. 4. |

The hotel staff was great. It rained and flooded in the area but they showed things to do. They helped us navigate around the flooded areas. The continental breakfast area carpet needed cleaning. It smelled like a cat liter box. |

Extremely affordable for what you get - will definately recommend to friends. In the centre of shopping and beaches The continental breakfast only consisted of coffee, juice and a sort of pastry. Just add toast and something like jam and creamcheese. Also, with this limited breakfast, we had to wait a long time everytime something was finished |

I saw no bugs. The bed was lopsided and a very poor sleep, the roll away was more comfortable!!!! And if you're looking for a continential breakfast don't try here, no water only orange juice, coffee, apple juice, stale unsweeted off brand cheerios, rice crispies and very non-diabetic coffee cake> thats it!!! but you can pay 5 more bucks for the buffett, noone else fell for it either! |

Direkte lage am meer: sauberer pool: Das im Preis inbegriffene Contin.Frühstück besteht lediglich aus einem kleinen Plundergebäck und Kaffee. Für ein echtes Frühstück müssen sie pro Person täglich zusätzlich 8.-$!!! bezahlen, dies gehört in der Beschreibung des Hotels vermerkt, schließlich weiss nicht jeder Europ. Was ein Contin.Frühstück ist!!! Darüber haben sich noch einige Urlauber aufgeregt. Die Klimanalage in unserem Zimmer ratterte so laut das schlafen nur nach ausschalten der Klima möglich war!! Auf meine Beschwerde am 2.Tag bekam ich von einem unfreundlichen Rezeptionisten die lapidare Antwort, das währe in allen Zimmern so, da könne man nichts machen!!! Dess weiteren herschte am Aufzugsbereich ein unangenehmer Geruch (wie auf einer öffentlichen Toilette)!! Niewieder |

Überdachtes Parkdeck, direkt am der Beach. Klimaanlage auf Zimmer hat einen Höllenlärm gemacht, Frühstück = Kaffee und Donuts, sonst 8 Dollar dann lieber zu Denny´s. Leider kein Balkon dran an dem Glaskasten, wäre Abends schön gewesen. |

Вид из окна, на океан и берег был неплохой. 1. Списали (не зарезервировали а списали) деньги за номер, как только произошло резервирование, хотя до заселения еще было 6-7 дней. 2. При регистрации в отеле указали, что помимо всех такс надо заплатить по 5.95$+tax за каждый номер (Resort Amenity fee), данная сумма не была ни где указана ранее. 3.в номере мягкая мебель с пятнами. 4. Бесплатный завтрак состоит из кофе напитков и булочек, тут же напротив платный завтрак за 10$, который в других отелях мы получали бесплатно :). 5. Списали 4 раза по доллару с карточки после того как мы уехали. |

Während unserer Durchreise und eine Aufenthaltsdauer von 3 Nächten nutzten wir nicht alle Möglichkeiten des Hotels. Daher können wir nur einige Kriterien bewerten. Gut gefallen hat uns die Lage, die gute Aussicht auf die Küstenregion des Ortes und die Sauberkeit des Zimmers. Der Begriff Zimmer "Deluxe" läßt in Bezug auf die Qualität der Ausstattung m.E. etwas mehr erwarten. Einige Möbel haben schon bessere Tage gesehen- z.B. schief hängende Tür am Küchenmobiliar.Was hier als "Deluxe" ausgewiesen wird, gehört in anderen Hotelketten bereits ab mit 2 Sternen durchaus zur Standard- Ausstattung, was ich so beurteilen darf, weil wir in ca. |
