Really big room!

Friendly, very helpful staff, excellent location near beach, Golden Gate Park, public transportation into city, quiet neighborhood with a few pleasant restaurants nearby. Off street parking.

This is a very basic motel with rather worn rooms and minimal facilities, but if you keep your expectations low, by SFO standards it is very good value. The bathrooms could use towel racks or hooks for wet towels. Tv reception was poor (but one doesn't come to SFO to watch tv in a motel room!).

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed having the fridge and microwave. It's a great location with a nice cafe nearby.

Parking was a bit of a hassle. The lot is small with cramped, awkward spaces.

Close to train. Close to shops and restaurants.

Noisy fan and noisy train outside. Refrigerator didn't work. Carpet and towels old and dirty. Pillows too flat.

Clean and comfortable and right across the highway from the beach. You get San Francisco and the Pacific ocean at the same time.

I enjoyed how close it was to the beach and the cafe/bar located a block away.

The place stunk and was not very clean.

Had complementary parking available to the guests of the hotel, the beach was one block away, and two great coffee shops next door. It was spacious and bright inside the room too.

The emergency exit staircases were very rusty and I worry that in case of an emargency they might not work properly. I hope they test them out frequently, but I think they need to be replaced.

There was a problem with an electrical outlet that caused a problem with the microwave

Close to Ocean beach and trams station was right out side and only cost $2 to go to down town San francisco. regards Ross

Location was near where my son lives. Nice, quiet part of the city, near Golden Gate Park and near the beach. Safe neighborhood. But, the price was low for San Francisco.

room was a bit spartan. No chair for the desk where I would use my computer. Only one electrical outlet for the room. Plenty of lamps, but only one electrical outlet. Room was on third floor, but no elevator.

Room was very nice. It was especially nice to have two queen beds, instead of just doubles. The hotel is also right on the public transportation line, very convenient.

There was no ventilator in the bathroom, so that there was wet all the time a little bit noise caused by tram in front of hotel

Staff did not even acknowledge me when I came into the office, just kept working on her computer.

I loved the Beach Cafe on the corner. It was clean unlike the motel

The black mold in the bathroom, the lack of outlet covers in the room, the old heater, the urine soaked stairs and hallways, the filthy ice dispenser with vomit in the tray, and the dirty bathroom with ash all over the counter even though I asked for a non smoking room. This place is disgusting. Like horrid. And I have stayed in cleaner huts in Mexico. Oh and our toilet paper consisted of three tiny used rolls and no brand new roll.

Despite the apparent distance from the UCSF Parnassus Hospital Campus, it's location on the street car line made it an excellent choice for my daughter to stay while I underwent thoracic surgery.

Not much extra linen here. My room was cold. The towels were thread bare. No tissue in the room. The Hallway had a old smokey smell. No elevator. Only stairs going up to our room.

excellent location. very quiet. felt very safe. will be staying here again. we will have our children the next time, and i will be more than happy for them to stay here.

Close to the San Francisco Zoo, and the beach.

The front desk person was very rude, and would not help out. We asked for directions to get to Fisherman's Wharf, and he handed us a map and said you look it up.

Quiet, nice staff, clean rooms. Very close to beach. N train takes you all the way (at end of line). Amazing bird watching area. Please don't bring dogs that chase. It is protected area, so they're probably prohibited anyway.

water pressure in shower low for me because shower head is so high

Easy check-in and check-out, and the parking was very close to the entrance.

The location is super scary! The room was pretty dirty and lots of mildew everywhere. The towels looked like they've never seen a drop of bleach- probably not a good idea with once-white towels. Pretty sketchy overall.

It's close to the beach and there's a great coffee shop downstairs. Also the MUNI is right there. And there's free parking.

They could update the place sometime.
