El precio es muy asequible. El hecho de que la habitación disponga de cocina permite ahorrar tiempo y dinero. Nosotros desayunábamos en la habitación

No limpian la habitación a no ser que pagues 15 dólares. Tan sólo te cambian diariamente las toallas y las sábanas cada dos o tres días. La habitación disponía de un sofá cama y una cama de matrimonio, como éramos tres amigos tuvimos que pedir una cama supletoria que limitaba el espacio útil de la habitación

A great location within walking distance of subway, shopping and great restaurants. The suite was perfect for the three of us and I really liked having the kitchen facilities especially the kettle.

The facilities were adequate but the bathroom did not appear to be cleaned and there was no plug or dishclothes for the kitchen,

The staff are fantastic. Any small problems they immediately sorted. Nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic location. Love this place.

Its not meant to be a homogenous hotel chain. Its cool and independent, more suited for the independent traveller, rather than a tourist who wants 5 star facilities, but reccomend for anyone who is open minded to try an apartment style break.

The location was semi-close to Soho, although definitely NOT in Soho. We walked about 5 blocks to get to Soho. The one good thing about the location is that there are hardly any tourists to be found.

The rooms are way overpriced. I wasn't expecting a luxury hotel, but I was expecting the rooms to be cleaned each day, clean towels, and what's with watering down the shampoo?! Come on! At $240 per night, I do have some expectations! I will never stay here again, nor recommend it to anyone.

During my stay at the hotel I liked the intimity, the comfort and the area. It was my first time over there and it was a great one ;) I even recommend the hotel to some friends of mine who appreciated their stay even if it was short.

Keby mám ísť do New Yorku znovu, asi neriskujem a ubytujem sa tam. Dobrý pomer kvalita-cena.

Huoneet olivat tilavia ja henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä. Sijainti oli myös hyvä. Hinta-laatusuhde oli erinomainen, joten hotelli oli kaiken kaikkiaan oikein hyvä.

Makuuhuoneeseen kuului aika paljon liikenteen melua, mutta siitä selvisi korvatulpilla.

ottima la posizione in manhattan downtown al centro del LES a due passi da soho con tribeca e greenwich facilmente raggiungibili a piedi, ottima l'assistenza da parte dello staff; Gabriel alla reception molto molto gentile e premuroso; con l'offerta booking (145 us$ a notte) eccezionale per n.y. il rapporto qualità/prezzo

con poca spesa gli arredi della suite (camera e cucina) potrebbero essere più curati e gradevoli e un po' meno basici; sarebbe auspicabile una maggiore attenzione alla pulizia; al primo piano c'è poca luce; la reception un po' miserina

Die Lage ist hervorragend, Einkaufmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke.Zu den Sehenwürdigkeiten direkte Anbindung mit dem Subway.Das Appartment ist für New yorker Verhältnisse sehr groß und gepflegt.Super Preis- Leistungsverhältnis, freundliches Personal,das jederzeit gerne und sehr freundlich für Fragen bereitsteht.

Die Heizung hat nicht richtig funktioniert, sprich: es war nachts im Zimmer sehr kalt, auch das warme Wasser hat einige Zeit gebraucht, bis es die 6. Etage erreicht hat.

Il ne faut pas être très regardant sur le ménage, à l'arrivée la chambre était correcte, au bout de 7 jours avec plusieurs repas pris à l'intérieur un peu moins mais le minimum est assuré serviettes de bain changées et vaisselle faite

Excellent rapport qualité/ prix. Merci au personnel de nous avoir fait passer un si agréable séjour.
