E' in una buona posizione. 2 linee della metro molto vicine. A metà strada tra il financial district e midtown. A parte nel week-and zona abbastanza tranquilla. Soluzione abbastanza economica rispetto ai prezzi di New York considerando anche che si tratta di un appartamento e se vuoi ti puoi preparare da mangiare.

Il divano letto è proprio un po' spartano. C'era solo un tavolo tondo che per 4 persone era appena sufficiente. Stoviglie contate. Basterebbe appena qualche piccola miglioria per renderlo un posto molto più' accogliente.

Room smells and needs renovation.

I thought the idea of an apartment building turned hotel is a nice idea. I was impressed with what the design of the lobby and the sitting area. Very nice. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. As for the rooms, the concept is nice with the kitchen, living room and bedroom area, but the furniture could use some replacing. Bathroom was very nice. Nice tiles, tub, mirrors and lighting fixtures.

The kitchen cabinets are splitting because they are made of "posterboard" material (can't think of the real name), so moisture will make the material split. So an upgrade of the kitchen cabinets are overdue. But was glad to have a kitchen area.

Location, great value for money, spacious 2 room apartment, very clean and free wifi+ elevator

After initial booking of 2 nights , we wanted to extend our stay and confirmed it with the reception guy. On our initial check out day however the guy called and demanded extra 110$ and that we'll leave the spot , I refused and he allowed us additional 1-day stay. We had to look for accommodations! Petty the place is great but we didn't have good expreince

The room was wide - one queen bed and one sofa bed. There was a fully-equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom with towels and shower gel. The hotel is actually a series of small flats, and although the building itself is not new, it is well maintained. The rooms and the common areas were clean, pleasant to sty and warm / which we appreciated since the weather outside was horrible. The hotel staff is absolutely friendly and will strive to accommodate any of our needs (for instance, it was not a problem for them to keep our luggage for a whole day and to host us in the nice lobby behind the main counter until 2am, since we had a bus to catch at 3am). I would definitely recommend this place, also for its location, not so far from the main attractions of this unique city.

There was some dust on the shelves in the bathroom, but that's really a minor problem.

Best location, staff are very friendly. Good value, nice size suites. I've stayed there 3 times, and will always go back!

Size of the room is spacious enough for the young family. A kitchen is equipped with silver, pans, plates, glasses etc . is always a plus.

Location was great and it was definitely worth the money. I will be using this hotel for my future stays!

We got it for a great price! We walked in expecting the lobby to be the only nice thing and were blown away by the size of the room and how nice it was! The location is great too -- a really cute, safe area!

Tiny beds and very bad use of space

Great location, nice staff, VERY spacious room with full kitchen (that we did not use). Nice large bathroom, living room & separate bedroom. Quiet & cozy!

Excellent value and location.

Staff was very helpful. Bed was comfortable. Hotel was willing to hold onto our luggage for the day.

Location. Graffiti on the buildings outside the hotel. Kitchen and bathroom needs to be updated.

The suite was a good size with a good sized shared area. The beds were comfy and staff were very helpful. It is near the subway so a good location for exploring New York.

On the first night the heating was too hot to sleep! The heating was too high most if the time and we often had the air com on to cool the rooms down.

The size of the room was great compared to other premium hotels. The location too was fantastic. Being close enough to walk to all the major areas (LES, Soho, East Village etc.).

Fairly well located and economical for NYC standards.

The room wasn't great ! Described as a deluxe one bedroom suite but there was nothing deluxe about it. It was very standard. Cheap furniture, no desk, the TV was positioned badly, wifi hardly worked, the room was dark - little natural light. Basically the room needed refurbishing. Regretfully i wouldn't stay there again.

The location was perfect for our plans in the city. Subways, shops, groceries and restaurants were close. The room felt like New York and not just like every other hotel room. The front desk gentleman was incredibly helpful and friendly without being obtrusive. The little German cafe next door was perfect after a long flight.

Good value for the money, fair treatment, nice room

5 stars all the way for soho suites,,,the man on the front desk was great and helpfull. our room was just what we asked for,it was clean and had everything there to be used straight away,even got wifi on within seconds.if i ever went back to ny i would stay there it would be my 1st and only choice. location was great we got the subway from jfk to delancy st then a 5 min walk,,,,hotel was 5 mins away from broad st,,30 min away from 9/11 ground zero. it seemed close to every thing,,bars resturants and shops,bloomingdales was 5 mins walk...loved it,,,we flew up from vegas and in vegas we changed our hotel after 1 st night but no such problem here,,,very happy

A little expensive for what it was, and location , no tv in bedroom, smell of gas from stove all night.

Clean and roomy, good service (really a very nice staff) and for the price (@ ny) is one of the best options if you want a kitchen and stay near from everything at Manhattan, it's pretty close to 3 subway stations, some restaurants and grocery stores. Vending machines and a nice common area at first floor

It's located in the middle of China town, it's dirt and no so safe (at least in appearance) zone, no so friendly faces around but it doesn't depend from the hotel, consider to take a taxi if you need to arrive late. They won't help you with the taxi services as far as they encourage you to take their car service (expensive) ... but at least they are honest telling you this fact.

Slightly noisy one night- rowdy neighbours

Appartment was kept spotlessly clean throughout our week-long stay: towels changed and appartment cleaned and tidied daily by the cleaning staff. Kitchen was well-equipped and equipment well-maintained: our coffee-maker was not working, we told the front desk staff who immediately brought up a brand new one. Front desk staff (24/7) very friendly and helpful, answering all our requests for information about facilities in the neighbourhood. Our family felt safe and well-cared for in this appartment hotel.
