ottima la posizione in manhattan downtown al centro del LES a due passi da soho con tribeca e greenwich facilmente raggiungibili a piedi, ottima l'assistenza da parte dello staff; Gabriel alla reception molto molto gentile e premuroso; con l'offerta booking (145 us$ a notte) eccezionale per n.y. il rapporto qualità/prezzo con poca spesa gli arredi della suite (camera e cucina) potrebbero essere più curati e gradevoli e un po' meno basici; sarebbe auspicabile una maggiore attenzione alla pulizia; al primo piano c'è poca luce; la reception un po' miserina |

l'albergo si trova in un punto strategico della città, è ben servito dalle varie linee della metro, comodità di avere la cucina nella stanza. sebbene gli asciugamani siano stati cambiati tutti i giorni, la pulizia delle stanze è decisamente carente. |

il silenzio poiché si trova in una zona tranquilla, e la zona è comunque abbastanza centrale con soprattutto la subway a pochi passi. Forse il prezzo un po troppo elevato |

A great location within walking distance of subway, shopping and great restaurants. The suite was perfect for the three of us and I really liked having the kitchen facilities especially the kettle. The facilities were adequate but the bathroom did not appear to be cleaned and there was no plug or dishclothes for the kitchen, |

This hotel doesn't prented to be what it's not. When we got there, we got exactly what we expected. It's the cheapest I have paid in manhattan but cleaner and cheaper than other hotels I've been to in NYC. It's 2 blocks from soho. At first the area could seem weird but we never felt unsafe and soho is rignt there with all the boutiques and restaurants. Plus, there's a really nice supermarket close by and the room has a kitchinette. Very very practical for people on a budget. But don't expect luxury. |

The staff are fantastic. Any small problems they immediately sorted. Nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic location. Love this place. Its not meant to be a homogenous hotel chain. Its cool and independent, more suited for the independent traveller, rather than a tourist who wants 5 star facilities, but reccomend for anyone who is open minded to try an apartment style break. |

We totally enjoyed the neighborhood, walking to Chinatown, Soho, the Brooklyn Bridge and the lower East Side. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. |

The location was semi-close to Soho, although definitely NOT in Soho. We walked about 5 blocks to get to Soho. The one good thing about the location is that there are hardly any tourists to be found. The rooms are way overpriced. I wasn't expecting a luxury hotel, but I was expecting the rooms to be cleaned each day, clean towels, and what's with watering down the shampoo?! Come on! At $240 per night, I do have some expectations! I will never stay here again, nor recommend it to anyone. |

The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the subway is very close to the hotel, it is located in a quiet neighborhood. |

During my stay at the hotel I liked the intimity, the comfort and the area. It was my first time over there and it was a great one ;) I even recommend the hotel to some friends of mine who appreciated their stay even if it was short. |

Plenty of room for the money paid. Noisy. Only one very slow elevator. The hotel is about 6 blocks off Soho. It was not the best area of town. About 40 blocks south off Manhattan ($19 one way in taxi). |

perfecte locatie voor een bezoek aan NY; eenvoudig, maar alles wat je nodig hebt, zelfs een keuken. Ook handig: er is een wasmachine en een droger in het hotel waar je voor een paar dollar een machine kunt draaien. |

Für meine Bedürfnisse die Lage, die Zimmeraufteilung und die Sicherheit. Die Toilette war defekt, die tägliche Reinigung kostet separat, der Lärm der Strasse. |

Huoneet olivat tilavia ja henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä. Sijainti oli myös hyvä. Hinta-laatusuhde oli erinomainen, joten hotelli oli kaiken kaikkiaan oikein hyvä. Makuuhuoneeseen kuului aika paljon liikenteen melua, mutta siitä selvisi korvatulpilla. |

El precio es muy asequible. El hecho de que la habitación disponga de cocina permite ahorrar tiempo y dinero. Nosotros desayunábamos en la habitación No limpian la habitación a no ser que pagues 15 dólares. Tan sólo te cambian diariamente las toallas y las sábanas cada dos o tres días. La habitación disponía de un sofá cama y una cama de matrimonio, como éramos tres amigos tuvimos que pedir una cama supletoria que limitaba el espacio útil de la habitación |

Hotel simple propre et sympa permettant le couchage de 4 personnes avec petite kitchinette( pour le petit dej et repas du soir grand magasin bio a proximité pour les courses) idealement situé pour le depart de toutes les excursions à proximité de plusieurs lignes de metro (trés interessant). Le WIFI est désormais disponible en acces libre dans les chambres. Navette pour l'aeroport également disponible auprés du Staff (super sympa). Le linge de toilette est changé tous les jours et la chambre est nettoyée en milieu du sejour( ce sont des suites). |

Die Lage ist hervorragend, Einkaufmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke.Zu den Sehenwürdigkeiten direkte Anbindung mit dem Subway.Das Appartment ist für New yorker Verhältnisse sehr groß und gepflegt.Super Preis- Leistungsverhältnis, freundliches Personal,das jederzeit gerne und sehr freundlich für Fragen bereitsteht. Die Heizung hat nicht richtig funktioniert, sprich: es war nachts im Zimmer sehr kalt, auch das warme Wasser hat einige Zeit gebraucht, bis es die 6. Etage erreicht hat. |

Chambre calme avec vue dégagée, tout près de Chinatown et Soho... Il ne faut pas être très regardant sur le ménage, à l'arrivée la chambre était correcte, au bout de 7 jours avec plusieurs repas pris à l'intérieur un peu moins mais le minimum est assuré serviettes de bain changées et vaisselle faite |
