Beds were comfy and the location was great for downtown and Union Station. Easy access to South Ogden. Staff was friendly and did try to be helpful. They did have a breakfast available which was a pleasant surprise.
Wifi was down the entire stay, did not realize the extent of construction. Saw pool/spa on other sites yet no mention that it was closed. Baggie for Ice bucket was already used on buck for new guest. No micro/mini fridge nor guest Book in room and front desk had no materiel for downtown Ogden and sight seeing. Room service gives you "wake up" call early morning of your check out. They said it was just to check the rooms. Woke up all of our surrounding rooms. We were not the only unhappy guests!
It was just a very nice place to stay, everything was excellent.
Nothing at all.
Weird ghost town of a building with massive piles of matrices next to the lobby and closed restaurants. These rooms should have been discounted until they finished remodeling but there was no mention of any of this when I booked. I would have changed hotels but I was just too tired to bother.
