It was very dowdy. Not well maintained and certainly not good value considering we payed nearly $200 with taxes for 1 night! The only advantage to this hotel is location especially if you arrive late in the evening at the airport. For that price breakfast should also be included which it wasn't. Very poor quality.

Very helpful staff who were also friendly. Bus info was great. Bus access was very good. Shuttle is a huge bonus going every 30mins(though we could have walked to the airport its that close). Very little noise in room.

Close to airport and free shuttle bus was good (although had to wait 40 mins for it when we first arrived in Honolulu; it only took 5 mins on the return journey though). Overall it's clean, comfortable, and does the job if you need somewhere to stay close to airport. The staff are friendly too.

You pay for convenience. Plus the cargo planes taking off late at night can be slightly disturbing, depending on which side of building you are on. Request south side if you can. I slept like a baby regardless though.

Pleasant lobby, nice rooms.

We were told there was a breakfast and thought it was complimentary. It delayed us as we needed to take the shuttle to make an airline connection, the food was expensive and not that great. We would have been better off with the first shuttle and getting checked in and eating at the airport.

Free shuttle to and from airport is great. Our room was neat and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Liked the fact that there was a laundry room on our floor ( we did one load of wash), and for future reference noted the microwave, empty refrigerator and coffee maker in the room. The little store downstairs had a good selection of items, from foods that could be heated up in the microwave, to socks. Also liked that there was a stamp machine and an atm machine available. Seems like a lot of thought has gone into anticipating the needs of travelers. Had a great breakfast of steak and eggs at Willoughbys the morning of our departure. Finally, though the hotel is so close to Nimitz our room was very quiet. Would recommend this hotel to others with no reservations and would book future reservations if we needed a place to stay either to or from any long haul flights out of Honolulu. When it looked like our flight from lax might be cancelled, we called the hotel to inform them of the potential problem and were informed that if the airline cancelled our flight we would not be charged for our reservation. What a great response !

I think the hotel its self was quite nice. However left very disappointed.

We stayed there overnight before we had to catch a connecting flight we got there at 7pm and pool was closed. We had waited all day to swim and they close the pool at dark even though its got lighting. left our kids with nothing to do. also for a airport hotel the free continental breakfast opens late so most of the people with earlier flights cant use.

Front desk was not friendly. A family obviouly arriving for the start of theirvacation should be greeted by someone with more enthusiasm. This woman was more suited t checking you in at the hospital or greeting at a funeral. Professional butnot verywarm

The fact is that this, and the Best Western along the road, are owned by the same company. So, when they get full, the rates go sky high. They have a monopoly and that is WRONG.

Liked the quick transport to and from the airport and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean and comfortable. It was great for our one-night stay.

If I was staying in Honolulu for an extended time, I would rather be by the beach and downtown area - more restaurant choices, etc.

Close distance to the Honolulu airport and a prompt shuttle service. An ideal hotel for us to stay one night before an early morning flight to SFO. A nice and clean room. Friendly and professional front desk staff.

Nothing to complain.

We stayed for one night before continuing on with our vacation. Loved the size of the hotel, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, nice room, lovely pool area. Enjoyed walking in the area and going to Byron's. We would definately stay here again and will highly recommend it to our friends. We walked thru the Best Western but preferred your hotel, less busy and more personal and friendly. Thank you for a lovely stay.

there really wasn't anything we didn't like. Nice friendly staff, clean accomodations and good price point. We'll be back.

Stayed here due to proxcimity to airport. Staff very helpful. Luggage stored after checking out so that we could take a local bus into Honolulu. Free airport shuttle every half hour. Comfortable rooms with reasonable rates.
