Nice staff. And okay location.
Food under my bed. And small pieces of trash in my room. All floors were hot and smelled. My mattress was upside down. Our bathroom door was half painted.
Strong smoke smell throughout facility even on non-smoking floor. My room was farthest from the elevator.
Spacious room Safe Location
Motel price, kitchenette with dishes and table, coffee pot and micro, fridge. Money saver if you don't want every meal in a restaurant and staying a few days.
One elevator that we found, a long walk from room at end of building. No housekeeping , but for 2 days, no big deal.
air conditioner did not work, phone did not work, television did not work, had to take my daughter to the hospital for her asthma because room was so dirty and filthy. cigarette butts all over hallway floors everything smells like smoke even non smoking room
The night desk clerk worked hard to make a terrible room better by arranging another room, but that room still reeked of cigarette smoke and dirty furniture.
The hall reeked of cigarette smoke and other odors unidentifiable. Made me feel sick. The furniture was filthy; the bed sheets were fine. The first room reeked of cigarette smoke and other foul odors. The second room (replacement) was slightly less odorous, but still bad. Only 2 pillows on beds, with each barely supportive. Really bad night's sleep. Cheap price wasn't worth the condition, which was nearly intolerable. We stayed at another hotel the previous night, costing about $25 more (still considered budget level) and so much better in every category. Sorry to give it such a bad review, but was really a bad experience.
It's close to where I do business. It has a kitchen.
The employees screwed up in charging my account and not the bosses account. I made two reservations one for me and one for a co-worker, my boss went in to the Crestwood personally and gave them his credit card number the morning I was to arrive as to have it covered for when I checked. I knew my boss had handled the payment of my room and my co- workers room, so I never thought twice about asking about the charge. The next morning I went on line to my bank account and found that Crestwood had charged my account and it was over drawn. I went down to the check-in at 7 am when they opened up and informed them of the mistake. I told her it was imperative that this gets handled asap because of the over draft. This was Tuesday morning 7 am and the credit for my room didn't get in to my account until Thursday after banking hours and my account was charged two $32.97 over draft fees, which is $65.94. Then to make matters worse Crestwood charged my account on Thursday afternoon for my co-workers room which was $139.73 so my account was over drawn again. My husband had gotten paid on Thursday so I took $150.00 out of his account to cover the $139.73. By this time I was outraged at the second mistake they had made. I called my bank and told them of the situation and they informed me that Crestwood had taken another $25. out of my account and my account was still over drawn. I called your corporate office twice and told them of this situation and they haven't had the decency to call me back or get this handled. I'm still out the $164.73 and I want them to cover the $65.94 over draft fees they caused. The total I expect credited back to my account on Monday June 23, 2014 is $230.67. If I don't get any calls or this doesn't get credit in to my account, I will call the Better Business Bureau by the end of next week.
considering everything it was a very good experience, but the cost of the stay was the best of all. Also the towels were luxurious.
It wasn't free.
The small kitchen
They changed the size of our bed last minute
Location and value
atmosphere and smoke was overwhelming in the hall. Requested non smoking room which it was but getting to the room was horrible. We left smelling like smoke. Also walls are thin.
The room was good size, clean.
The sitting area was broke. The box springs were broke on one of the beds.
Well the group that I sent down there said the staff was good .
The place was not clean and they said to me that it was just very nasty with trash under the Bed and someone from the4 corporate office needs to see how it looks. My suggestion is that you send someone down as a customer and not let anyone from the Hotel know that this person is from corporate and let them see how terrible the place is kept my group said that it was just plain nasty they were concern if there was any type of mice or what.......they say look under the Bed..........filth, trash,
It was a big room for my family.
There was a dog running around the hotel pooping. The room smelt like smoke. The kitchen floor was dirty and I didn't want my little baby crawling anywhere in the room. It is not a hotel for families with small children.
The whole place had odor in the hallways not clean grass wasn't even cut outside wouldn't go back
It was a very comfortable and clean room.
There was a dead bug on the floor. Hallways smelled of cigarette smoke.
Loved the layout of the room, we had plenty of space!
Our commode got stopped up and we were unable to get help unstopping it. We asked for a plunger at the front desk, but none were available so we were told to look in the trash rooms at the end of each hallway. Alas, no plungers there either. So, we had to use the bathroom by the front desk for the majority of our stay which was not fun :(
Facility smelled like smoke
I liked the price compared to clean sheets and a clean bathroom. The location was also great and the kitchinette was a plus.
I didn't like the screaming (probable DV case waiting to happen) in the parking lot at 11pm. I also didn't like the herd of dust bunnies all around the baseboards.
The noise from the oppisite room and people partying down the hallway a 1oclock in the morning. Room was not cleaned nor beds made for 2nd day of trip.
This hotel may be under remodel, however, there is no excuse for the nastiness we found. Not to mention, the smoking area being at the front door that you had to walk thru a wall of smoke to get into the building, which seeped in. Whole lobby smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Construction workers camped out smoking and having drinks at front door nightly! Must have been the hangout, this could be heard from our room late at night. Also, beds in our room were worn out. Will never return.
I like the location. Of course, they are in the process of remolding so there was a lot of stuff in the halls and stuff not clean but I look forward to next year when everything will be done.
It was kinda bad having to get around everything but like I said it will be better when they are finished.
did not clean room after our first night. We had to get our towels and they still did not give us ebough
Trash still in room, toilet broken, bedspreads were smelly
Didnt like the smell in the hallway and room.. Under renovations and saw a couple bugs.. Other than that the stay was great
I loved the free wi-fi and at-home feel of my room. It had everything I needed. It was spacious and comfortable. I also appreciated the manager upgrading my room due to the remodeling that was taking place. That was very thoughtful.
The room was kind of dusty and it was obvious that the top comforter on the bed had not been washed in a while. I just removed it from the bed. Even tho there were ice trays in the freezer I would have preferred an ice machine on the floor and plastic cups
