It was in a great location.
You could feel the springs through the mattress, the pillows were lumpy and small, and employees were yelling in the stairwell next to the wall my headboard was on at 7 a.m. There was also an intermittent odor of vomit around the desk area of the room. Gross!
Hotel is not being well-maintained. Lots of shabby features. Problems with air conditioner, bathroom vent fan ineffective, in-room refrig dented and hard to open (hard to place a tray under it to operate the door), and door lock was not working properly. Several times had to go back to office to get them to open our door. Continental breakfast was bare minimum - cheap cereal but good muffins, milk and coffee. No place to sit in lobby so had to carry it all back to room. Pigeons pooped all over the front of my vehicle while it was parked in their small garage at $8/day. Staff responded quickly to problems but it was a hassle. Excellent location for walking to Old Town but needs work!
Location to old town The friendliness of staff Good value
The outdated look Tube TV NEEDS TO SPEND MORE TIME CLEANING Smells wierd
poor breakfast. almost nothing to eat. need to pay to park.
Location, comfort, parking, easy access the property.
The Wifi wasn't as accessible and it took many times to try to connect. Called the front desk several times to re boot system.
It is an old hotel and needs a lot of work.
I enjoyed how close the hotel was to old town and the waley's house.
They should make sure that the towels are clean from stains and do the have hair on them from previous people that stayed.
Everything was perfect
The bed was very uncomfortable. Room smells bad. Bad experience.
Staff friendly, quiet, close to airport.
Little old but for business one day stay is perfect.
Had to pay for parking the bed sheets looked dirty I felt like bugs bitting me.
location was great ! staff was so so, not too helpful. breakfast was a joke !! bathroom was horrible ,no water pressure. and the noise from the constitution was unbelievable !! was loud up until 8:00pm !! would not go back even if it was free !
Price and location
Old. Dirty. Stairwell unsafe and falling apart
Room in terrible Run down Hotel
Helpful staff Walk to transit Secure covered parking
Worn furnishings Ancient microwave
Price wise it was O.K. Quiet and safe, within easy walking distance to center of Old Town and trolley/bus center. Plenty of interesting restaurants/cafés, shops and history.
The frugal breakfast could easily be improved by substituting all the sugary ingredients with branflakes, bread and cheese and a fresh fruit - a much better choice and a good start of the day.
Location location only
Rooms need help toilet was cracked, shower had no pressure then would turn off by itself 5 mins go back on, carpet was old smelly same for the bedding, room just smelled like raid
Room had a pungent smell, glue like. We called the reception and they informed us it has been recently remodeled. They offered to give us another room. So far so good. It happens that the room they gave us was in a floor that was undergoing remodeling works. The whole floor looked like a construction site, and the room had a even more pungent smell , as it had been finished that same day apparently. I dont understand how you can even be shameless enough to suggest this as an option for a room change. We went back to our initial room and opened the windows and turned the fans on....we asked for a discount and they offered us 10% which we accepted. I do think that the the rooms should be offered at discount rates while the hotel is being remodeled. Some places even shut down during that kind of work. And the deal should be much more than 10% , and offered ant the desk, not asked for. The breakfast included announcement is a total LIE, and should be ILLEGAL in my view. How can you say that breakfast is included when you serve THAT. Absolutely ridiculous place.
The room was spacious and quiet despite being near the freeway. The man at the desk was very helpful and nice.
Really could have used more light as parts of the room rather dark. Only two very small worn out towels.
I have been there four times and always and we are treated well by the staff who are very helpful and polite. Ideal location for our needs and the hotel has a good price.
Internet and breakfast could be better.
It's location inn respect to the Old Town and the I5 Interstate.
Nothing to dislike. That's why we returned to stay.
Close to airport and great restaurants within easy walking. Staff great, room clean, mattress great. Old, but all the necessities were there. A deal for the cost!
The room didn't smell clean, the towels were supper hard. There was a roach in my room. My bed sheets did not smell fresh at all.
WALKING DISTANCE TO OLD TOWN
PARKING IS BAD, THE ROOMS ARE NOT WHAT I EXPECTED, IT JUST FELT DIRTY
Location was great
